Such a horrible experience i have ever faced when i reached jodhpur and call hotel i found that the number belongs to some another person.anyhow i reached and check in i found landline not working tv not working and for every thing you have to go downstairs 3 floor and said your problem to reception.staff was disgusting they dont even listen your problem and behaviour was very poor.i told them to deliver water bottle and towel and glass atleast in room and they took 2 hours for that. and i have attached the pic kindly look at the toweli booked room with breakfast but when i ordered it tooks 2hour to deliver them in my room so i had to check out from hotel without breakfast.extremely disappointed from this hotelpoor service and worst hospitality and have no words for staff.im not happy with this hotel.

Please be aware of this hotel. They are currently running a cheat business partnered with OYO and Agoda. I booked one double bed room with complementary breakfast for my parents. They both are senior citizen. I payed full amount in advance. But, at the time of checking they asked them the are no longer accepting the booking through OYO and also said if you want to stay here you have book room at that day price which was two times than the amount they received in the previous booking through OYO. This is actually the way they are making money and running business. When I talked to the person who were in reception behave impolitely. Actually they do not have any sense of humanity and do not know how to behave with the guests. I would request you to never book this hotel if you travel at Jodhpur.

On my last visit to this hotel:-Few Good points1. Awesome Room architecture2. Nicely behaving staff crew.Few Bad points:-1. Telephone was not working but repaired.2. Small Fridge facility not provided though there is a structure dedicated for that purpose.

This is one of the cool hotel in Jodhpur. I went the bar where some of my friends were already sitting there... I like the staff and their behaviour... Over all good ambience... One star less because ac cooling was not proper due to some electricity problem... But overall satisfying place...

Liked the spring rolls, dahi k kabab and onion capsicum pizza. They were crispy. Onion capsicum pizza was ok ok. Service is ok ok.

We have a ok ok experience at this hotel, the staff specially night one was disgusting specially the guy who was at reception and he does not bother about any thing as per my thinking....On first day of arrival at hotel, we have checked in at midnight 12:15 am approx and we were very very tired because we have arrived here by travelling more then 300kms from jaipur. We have booked 2 rooms but they have provided one on first floor and another on 4th floor and assured us to change it on another day and we agree to it....But problem was that the room that provided to us on first day at 4th floor, ac was not working and room has no window for air circulation, even complaining 3 to 4 times one person came and said that I have reseted the ac on top and it will be working in 15 minutes, but it did not worked..... Is this was a solution, our check in time was of 12 pm we reached at hotel at 12:15am, so when house keeping guys were getring room ready, does it would be not good to check whether things are working or not....On second day we have been shifted to good room....On last night of our stay even calling the reception for 3 times they have not sent water for drinking.......So if you planned to stay here be ready for pathetic room service rest is ok ok.....Breakfast was ok and guys at curry restaurant were helpfull in service....

Nice hotel but oyo seems to be a problem, hearing oyos name receptionist comes into a shock, for early check in they would charge 10% more of what oyo says, oyo to 500rs mein room de dega humey us se kya said the receptionist. But i didnt wanna ruin my tour so didnt argue. But its totally unprofessional.

We met property owner mr Sandeep. He is the person who can do anything. I wish I could work with him cuz the way he talks can attract anyone and overall it was wonderful.

We booked 3 rooms in this hotel for 2 nights . On arrival ,the management refused any booking and after an heated argument allocated only 2 rooms . It was midnight and our parents and kids were exhausted so we had to accept the proposal. I strongly advice not to book this unprofessional and poorly managed hotel. Its not even 1 star as the bathroom taps dont work in any of the rooms. Highly disappointed !!

Hotel is not so good not so bad but when u enter room you feel like everything is ok but when u start using amenities you will gey the real feel. Wash room Taps not working properly properly. TV is not operational. Floor is not that clean. You can stay in this Hotel without expecting much with low Budget.

Booked from oyo, first they said tv will not work, then ac stopped working, repeatedly called reception and oyo but all fake promises and lies from them after waiting for 6 hours checked out at 11.10pm with senior citizen parents dont book hotel from oyo if you face any problem they dont have any power to help you. not recommended at all.

We were 8 of us and we had booked this hotel via oyo . Right from our check in procedure to our check out everything single thing was praiseworthy . Awesome hospitality with huge rooms which ensures a pleasant stay . My only suggestion to them is kindly give options for breakfast . Altogether a good experience .

Acodemectio is good and room is very nice but drinking water is not a arro water. And breakfast is very bed. Staff is very lazy in give service. We 125 students and 8 staff members stay in this hotel on 19 October. Experience is not remembel

The hotel has a number of staffs which are really professional and the ambience of hotel is really great but the area in which it is situated is not so good. The night becames more dangerous in that area if you are alone.

The rooms were nice the staff is cooperative ....But when we reached are rooms were not ready and it was taking them a lot of time intitally to ready the room.....The restaurant downstairs is expensive go to any near by places that is much better .....The good part is that all the cab driver and everybody knows the hotel so you dont have to give instructions....Just the Hotel name is enough and they will drop you to the hotel

It is a nice hotel with clean rooms and a restaurant with decent choice on menu. I landed up in the hotel to find the booking is for a wrong date. With no choice on refund from travel portal, I have asked for some benefit since, there will be no show, they offered me a free dinner.
