I do not normally write bad reviews, but this was my worst foot treatment ever and definitely not with even discounted price. First trouble with booking time (cancelled due to double booking, hard to get in touch with). The treatment was supposed to take 45 min and was bought via Letsdeal. The effective time was maybe 15 min, performed without the least engagement. The rest of the time was waiting. Some careless movements with the foot file, so forget having softer feet than you came with. I waited extra time for the nail polish to dry, but maybe due to combination of base, polish and oil in the end, the lack was not hardened enough when I left, which resulted in damaged surface I had to fix at home. Really, I mean really not recommending this place!

Did a keratin treatment from letsdeal. I have long hair and knew that I would pay a little extra, the deal was SEK 799 and what I had to add was SEK 1200, which is more than double what the deal was for. Had appreciated the price proposal before booking the deal so you know what to pay. The treatment took all day about 6 hours. My hair is long and brittle and I have never had my hair combed so hard in my life when it is wet and brittle. I have lost extremely much hair and it has gone off 1dm from the root. I have go to the breasts. I have several scars on the scalp from the straightener and still sore from all the pulling and wearing. A lot of grimaces from the stylist and msn wondered if you were more of a problem than a pleasure.

Via Let’s Deal. I have been rebooked twice (short notice due to illness) but above all had to go to the salon on two separate occasions when I had a time but it has disappeared due to errors in their booking system. I want the money back but they have already reported the code as used and now timely no one answers the phone. Warn you not to use them via Let’s Deal because you then prepaid.

Even from the first call when booking ...Booked time at 13:00 today when I got there it was closed, called the hairdresser who had forgotten the key etc.Both taken time off from work and went long for this treatment, I had appreciated a phone call from her but as I said, got a call herself, she wanted to reschedule to another day but did not feel it was easy to trust so becomes another place for my part!

This was the sickest experience Ive had. The hairdresser paid zero attention to me as a customer when she talked on the phone during pretty much the whole visit, cut and sling on lets deal would be 499, my note ended at SEK 900. Because I had light hair and a few cm longer. They first wanted to take SEK 1200. There was virtually no difference.

Incredibly nice response when you want to book time, they promise to call back but dont happen.

Waited 1 month until we got some time. The same morning we have time we are called and due to illness the time is canceled. The person promises to call when she got well. Went 1 week, no one called. Called back and then we would wait another month until the next time. Frivolous. Choose another place.

Bought foot care on Lets deal. She was late and shortened my time. She also complained that my feet were in poor condition several times. Never met anyone so unprofessional ...

Do not recommend this salon as she double book my time twice in a week and once I got there I would have 45 my foot care I got 22 my totally senseless 😡

Cut twice as much as I asked for, I have not been so dissatisfied with a hairdressers visit unfortunately ...
