There is no option of zero or minus star which I prefer for PNB Chopasani Road branch where I went to deposit visa fees. Bad response by staff & even manager didnt helped to senior citizen like me . Whereas at Axis Banks Pragya maam gave a seat & got visa fee deposited herself thanks Pragya
