Very bad service. Why have time slots mentioned for delivery if you cannot stick to them. I place an advance order for cake and flower delivery and asked them to be delivered between 9.30 to 12 Pm. At 11.45 when I contacted them about status, they mentioned it was late but will be delivered by 2 Pm. At 3.45 when I call again I get to know it is still not delivered. Spoiled not just my day but also the whole idea of wishing at a particular time. They expect the customers to keep waiting entire day at home to receive their order. Pathetic customer service. Dont do business with them.

I would give it-5stars if-ve ranking was allowed had ordered a simple eggless pineapple 0.5kg cake for my wife and mother in law ,on mother’s day.100%advance payment, scheduled delivery 12may 10-1pm with a 32character personal message on the cake. So I pour out all my creativity to write a appropriate message.what gets delivered is a pineapple cake with happy Mother’s Day writen on it!delivered at 8.30 pm instead of 1! where is my message?and this is after repeated follow ups since morning . The only positive is that the whatsapp customer support no was active all day and kept reassuring me that the order would be delivered today!
