We used JCR Cab and Car Rental which was one of the options you suggested. We found their service to be highly professional, excellent, comfortable and a complete value of money. The car was properly sanitized. The driver was very polite, soft-spoken, professional and accommodating of our needs. We were informed about the price well before the trip. The Driver also suggested some good local places to eat out which was also very nice. Thirdly, there were water bottles and chocolates already there in the car for us when we boarded which we found to be very kind and considerate. The person whom we got in touch with to book our trip was also very soft-spoken and professional. They also provided a complimentary guide service for the sightseeing. We took a five day trip with Taxi and hotel bookings..... The support from JCR was through out.It was a Jodhpur- phalodi-jaisalmer- barmer- siwana- Jodhpur trip... Gopal ji our driver was very helpful and a good company.The accommodation we were offered were krishna orbit at phalodi (decent) then at Jaisalmer it was Heritage House (beautiful and highlight of our trip) and sultan resort at SAM dunes ( utter disappointment)....JCR team heard our review and passed on the same to the stay providers and clearly they were keen to always make our experience as best as possible!Phalodi and jaisalmer hotel options initially told were different from the ones provided... But they provided the upgraded options at no extra charge :)Highly recommend this for Taxi services and not sure if I would opt or recommend to go for the hotels through them!

I couldn’t put correct date on this review - I did this tour with my two children in August 2020 and originally posted it then. I have had a message to say that I had posted it under the wrong company (one with a very similar name). I would like to re-post the review as we had such a brilliant day with our guide and would like to recommend the tour company to others whenever this type of activity goes ahead again!Our guide Mr Manish was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour took in many places around the city and we also visited the Uffizi in the afternoon. I was with my children aged 10 and 13and both really enjoyed this day. They felt included and learned a lot.The guide met us at the times planned and gave plenty of opportunities for questions and were able to answer any queries. Everything was organised well and went smoothly.We were unable to book a tour inside the Duomo but actually this one which took us all the way around the outside and to other fascinating parts of the city was perfect for my family.

Good Service providerWe had a great experience with reliable car rental! There was only one car remaining in the class of vehicle we reserved, which ended up having a safety recall. We were promptly upgraded and sent on our way. I was a bit taken aback when we were handed the keys and told to let them know if there were any concerns, but on a brand new vehicle there were none. We were respectful with the car, cleaned it up a little before returning it with a full tank of gas, and were charged exactly the amount quoted on the reservation. We declined their insurance as I was double-covered with my own auto policy plus coverage through the cc i used. I would definitely recommend.

Driver Bharat kumar wow service. is very easy to book tempo traveller ( I called them up about a query and ended up booking on the call). The driver details were sent well in advance and the pick up happened on time. The tempo traveller was clean & comfortable with a good driver who was well dressed and polite.
