Pathetic experience, Employee does not have complete knowledge, no proper services. Refund process is waste. One have to beg for their own money. Owner reply to review who appreciates there flat. Have courage or reply to solve who gave 1 star. Its been 6 months I am waiting for my refund.. No proper n responsible response

They do full fake/false promises when buying..., once you buy there are too much unreasonable hidden charges e.g.- parking charges- amenities charges- temporary electricity connection- monthly maintenance charges (2 years advance), 1800/- monthly for a flat of ~530 sqft.- club house charges (which is not even built and will take at least 5+ years as per their construction speed)... and many morethink twice before buy flat here.

Its been 3 month down payment amt is given and arihant people are not serious of doing loan and all other arrangements are also not done and i am asking mail id from last 10 days and these people are able to give mail id

Booked flats in this property in March 2016 (its been 3 years), Its been around 1.5 years since there is no construction going on, When spoke to Arihant representative in Jodhpur they do not have proper reply and not sure when construction will resume or complete, When peruse they say project is under RERA and should be completed by that else you can file against us. Sent several emails but have not heard from them yet. Hard earned money is getting wasted. See Image for proof.
