Most of the facilities are available here for patients, private rooms and facilities can be obtained on a reasonable price. Parking is available, only drawback is the management of service distribution and lack of awareness towards neatness. Public is also involved in it because beingsarkari everyone has the rights to throw garbage anywhere, to sit anywhere, they dont like que, arguments with the hospital management and security people and showing them their power and ability etc.

Everything is ok in this hospital but i am just dissappointed with vehicle parking service they taking money whatever they like and nobody taking action against them... parking slip rate of any two wheelers 10 rs for 4 hours and 20 rs for 24 hours but they taking 20 rs for 4 hours and for 24 hours they taking 40 rs. i request you please take a serious action on them and public please see the slip carefully than you pay.

Sanitation is very poor. Attendants demand money even for toilets. Doctors are very careless. Each and every staffs demand bribe. No government agencies inspect the hospital for better treatment even for ortho accidental case. Even in fracture case, doctors used to be bound in working hours. No proper attention towards patient relating to defence personnel and dependent. State and Central Government should inspect the hospital biweekly for proper management.

From a 5 minute wait for an ambulance to fantastic staff and care throughout. My friends was staying with us after major heart surgery carried out in Devon. She was taken ill yesterday morning and was taken by ambulance to Good Hope where she was assessed by a nurse quite quickly. Yes we had to wait to see a doctor but we were made comfortable and offered food and hot drinks. When she was moved to the AMU her care continued to be superb. All in all she was seen by at least 3 doctors, she had blood tests, ECGs, urine tests, chest x rays and a detailed assessment of her medication. Nothing was too much trouble and she was dealt with professionally and with great kindness at all times. The nursing staff on the AMU were particularly kind. Thank you to all staff involved
