Most pathetic service. No one answer the calls and bother to reply mails. If you reset the password, you get new password in your registered mobile no. After 3 days. Still you cannot login to their portal. I loaded my account with 850 rupees and what I am getting 3-4 hd channels and free to air air channels. Earlier I used to had all channels and all of sudden stoped. I made more than 250 calls in 3 days but no luck to talk to anyone there.

I have installed d2h box of videocon before three month and today this box is not working properly and videocon customer says change the box . Why should i change the box .why should i spent money again.
