My instructor Dr. Veena help me out during my initial days when i was reluctant to do yoga . She helped me with the poses , she encouraged me, helped me in learning and channalising my energy. Now i can do all the poses of yoga,picking yoga is one of my best choices i feel energetic entire day compared to what i felt 4 months back.
