They spooled my hairs. I went for highlighting and told everything to the concerned person about my hairs. They told me nothing will get happened. And after last wash and blow dry I have seen that my hairs got damaged on which colouring has done.Really you people are playing with customers just to earn money.Highly disappointedWould request the owner of Cosmo to please call me ASAP.In video call I will show you the damage.

I don’t know how people say it’s good. It’s not worth for men hair cut and hair style. It was a bad experience. Even the hair stylist was at next level. If you ask anything he talks about something else. It’s like a marketing guy. I feel reviews done on friend circle basis. Please think twice and visit. Honest feed back.

I could never find the best hair treatment until the professionals at cosmo helped me. They provide the best keratin tretments.

This place is not worth a penny... I got keratin treatment and the whole process was a mess these people have no time management no skills to handle just left it to inexperienced people.... Like no respect for contumers at all... Washed my hair right after 24 hours which after my research is practically impossible for any keratin treatment but it was like I will take whole responsibility if you use the products sold by us... Thats like I know you wnat to sell things but dont hover... I really think my money is just wasted... The only good thing is they all are polite people thats itWill not recommend this place for expensive treatment other then that I do not know

My wife and I went to Cosmo and she got a pedicure done. The staff was so inexperienced that it felt like they were doing a pedicure for the first time. They even scraped her toe and it was bleeding.When we told them, they just said ok. No apologies, no nothing.Besides, there is no network downstairs. I would expect a premium salon charging good prices to at least not be in the basement.Sadly, this is another missed opportunity for a good salon in Jodhpur.

I visited this saloon for hair smoothening few days back. Some offer was going on. I went there with good hope to get a trustworthy experience..but to my disappointment the samething happened which alwys happens in offer scheme. They brought the product somewhere from inside room without showing me anything about product. With great fear, i handed my hair in hands of the person attending me..and now dont know what wil be the result. Though the person giving me service attended me very nicely. But again and again that product issue coming to my mind and i am really afraid what wil be the result after few months

Extremely satisfied with my haircut from May, who, clearly experienced, showed great attention to detail and care when trimming my hair.

I will not recommend it to anyone for haircut. Despite telling them not to change the length of my hair, they did it. More than half of my length was blown off. Very disappointed with the service.
