People who wish to travel by sreenath travels especially from Jodhpur Rajasthan to Mumbai please do not travel its one of the most horrible travels.I was to travel on †*** of this month and booking my ticket from the kalpataru office I was allotted a lower berth .On the day of the travel I was informed that my lower berth which was allotted was given to some other person saying that I need to shift at the last berth which was very difficult to even go inside .Inspite of my repeated telling the staff they refused to accommodate me on my booked berth .I had to cancel my trip to Mumbai and take the next day bus now I had to re organise my all appointments accordingly.I was promised I would get a bottle of water and a blanket since its a long run to Mumbai.I had to again incure hotel expenses for the next day travel .On arrival of the next day travel o noticed the bus was in a very bad condition .As I had to travel I boarded the bus and I was refused water and a blanket as they said they had no stock.On the journey the bus driver and conductor kept on picking up passengers from small villages and made tons of money and kept stopping every 20 min of drive .The bus was totally packed with local people and stincking with people spitting all over .This kept on till reaching the border of rajasthan .Even after entering Gujarat the same continues.People were sleeping in the common area and worse than a local bus.The drivers were delaying the drive through out and instead of a 18 hours drive it was 22 hours.I really appeal to people to reconsider to travel by this travels as they just fool and loot poeple.There are many other travel agency which are much better than suffering from these people, they donot meet the standards of any norms and the buses make a huge noise while travelling.Please donot travel by this travels theyre lotters

They overcharged on parcel; in name of placing and takeoff charges.

Most likely not good services at all...the package anyhow managed to reach the destination but not as it was sent.

Not good at all. they dont have their own buses for mumbai pune route. they have tie up with jiya travels kalpana travels. worst service ever. they do not provide blanket. they give entry to drunken peoples not good for family.

Good service and tickets are cheap in compare to other agency, But office lacks the basic facilities. There is no proper rest room, no cold water Despenser and no sheds and chairs in the parking area for travellers. Jain Travels is a much better
