Today I visited the office to resolve my mobile display issue and they taken the phone for 3 hours and tell me please seat here and wait we will fix it and let you know.When I ask what is the progress Is my issue resolved they said Engineer is working on it but at EOD they just give me the unfixed mobile.Just said - We cant fix it you need to change dispply and etc.not sure why they wast my 3h time there..GUYS - NEVER VISIT THIS SERVER CENTER - WAST OF TIME.DONT KNOW WHY SAMSUNG GIVE AGENCIES TO THESE KIND OF people.

Very poor customer care. I suggest to go to other cares rather than this one. Bad management, take so much to do even a small repairing. I would say it is a disappointment.

They took my phone for 2 days and my phone was actually from dubai so what they did is they changed the software parts of my phone and inserted cheap parts in my phone and also they told me that it will cost me 8000 rs to repair my phone and also told me that the motherboard is damaged but when I got my phone checked from my known uncle he repaired it on just 500 rs and said the motherboard wad perfectly fine and only battery was damaged.DO NOT GO TO THEM THEY ARE FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

I wish I could have given no star . Pathetic means piss poor pathetic is the service . Waited for around 1 hour like a gentleman .. Still the queue was not moved and preference were given to the known personnel. I believe the God will only save them from their increasing shame of handling the customers. If this is the way ..let Samsung be saved .

Excellent service. Maintenance staff and receptionist is friendly. I have come here twice to get my moms phone repaired.The centre is divided into an hall which has seats and two television sets and a room occupied by 6-7 members of the maintenance staff.You are expected to get a token from the reception and wait till your token number is displayed on TV. With token number, another number (of cubicle) appears on television set which tells you whom to talk when you step inside the room.Please note: Dont forget to bring the bill/receipt. Parking space is available.
