We had celebrated a birthday party in February 2020 there and really glad to express our feelings of satisfaction, related to food, place and view, all was excellent and one thing which actually didnt allow me give absolute 5 is, hosts listening skills were not so good and she was ready to take the good thoughts but when we started talking about the improvement areas, she was least bothered to even listen to them, that need to be improved, rest all good!

This is my first online review ever and I had to had to do it. It was one my best experiences ever at Rani Mahal. Literally my home away from home. Everyone at this place was so sweet to us. Their hospitality is what am in love with. Location is a big plus here. Rooms are spacious and super clean. Just in love with old Jodhpur and its people.

It is an awesome place to stay in Jaipur. The location is good and you need to take an auto from main road to reach the hotel as it is located in jodhpur local area. Jodhpur fort is just 5 min walk from there .. the owner of the hotel is a really nice person .. she manages the hotel really nicely and decoration is also very nice.. would love to meet her again 🙂

Staying at Rani Mahal was like experiencing heavean on Earth! This historic place will take you back in time and charm you with its exotic character. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and equipped with anything we may need and was spotlessly clean. Nisha (the owner), her daughter and their affectionate staff treated us like royals and we enjoyed every minute of it. A shame we couldnt stay longer!! They also helped us plan our time in Jodhpur and offered their assistance to get us around easily.Moreover, the vegetarian restaurant on the rooftop really is hard to beat...the menu is rich and varied and every dish we tasted was made with love. Needless to say, the spot benefits from incredible views over the Fort, just 5 minutes away. by walk.We coulndt recommend this place enough!

We loved this hotel, it has so much character, our room was beautiful and the rooftop has one of the best views we saw. The food in the restaurant was great and they helped organise whatever we needed. We did a tour to some local villages with Devi which was great!

One sentence review Most recommended place to stay in JodhpurThis is a beautiful 400 year old Haveli turned into a gorgeous hotel with its breath taking art work. This place in itself is a place to visit. Beautiful large rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, dilcious food with a great view of mignificient Mehrangarh fort. And on cherry on cake.. all this is with a traditional touch which makes one feel the flavours and history of this city. We stayed here for 3 days and it was our best time during our tour. I highly recommend this hotel if you want the fusion of traditional and comfortable stay here in Jodhpur.

Beautiful old haveli turned hotel with 10 beautifully furnished rooms. The dining areas are also nice- the first floor looks like something from the incredibly ornate Jain temples of India, or you can sit on the open rooftop for a fantastic view of the city. Also? The owner, the lovely Nisha, just installed big marble bathtubs in the rooms!!!! Wow! You cannot find another hotel in the heart of Jodphur with such amenities at such an economical price. I will definitely stay again!

I am really sorry, but I found this place not up to my expectations. The decor and ambiance is nice, but the rustic space actually comes in the way of modern lifestyle. The worst part was, we had to leave in the morning at 5am, and there was nobody to get our things down. Walking down those tall & narrow stairs with loads of luggage was so hard. There was a guy to open the door, but he didnt even offer to carry the luggage up to our Auto. Moreover, the owner promised us about breakfast that she would make sure is packed, but we never got anything like that. Its just that, I think they should have more staff and also some arrangement for people of old age.

Rani Mahal is a hidden gem in the midst of old city busy narrow lanes. You can get there by tuk tuk or autos,no cabs go in those lanes. We throughly enjoyed these rides. The owners and the staff leave no chance to make you feel like home. Rooms were clean and completely give the feel of old haveli just as I had imagined from the movies. Hotel staff arranged for the autos whenever we we had to go out. The view of Mehranghar fort from the terracetis the icing onothe cake. Nisha & team just made our stay very memorable... I would definitely recommend Rani Mahal.

Beautiful boutique hotel, real old Haveli and wonderful host Ms. Jain. The food was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Only thing is you have to take a Auto or Tuktuk to reach the Haveli. Wish there was other means of transportation to reach. But my kids enjoyed the ride to the hotel so it’s actually a plus.

We bumped into this restaurant while wondering around the blue City. The Setting was very once and it has a very nice rooftop terrace. Quite a good place to snap sunset shot for the blue City and at the same time, have a good view over the fort. Food wise is just so so and slightly over-priced. Will recommend for the view and feel but not the food.

Visited last week this place, and again visited yesterday again. Both experience were quite different. Services were quited delayed this time. Yesterday , I used the washroom , in restaurant. Its pathetic, almost no ventilation. I hope they will improve. Will visit again.

Pros: Great service, very nice people, cosy and beautiful inside, food is very good (vegetarian only) and the location is convenient, walking distance to the fort.Cons: no access by car (only tuk tuk) and no room cleaning during stay (we only stayed two nights though).
