Good behavior 🙂 of staff in mi service center.And staff give full satisfaction.

They kept customer waiting outside in too much heat in the name of social distancing, and only allow 4 person inside at a time, even after having good space inside

As always know fact that service center is expensive, same experience mine too. For small button issue, asking get whole folder changed😂

MI service centre is not able to repair my phone directly there giving me recommendation to change the motherboard of the phone and which comes with 90 days warranty which cost around 3750 I do not understand if if a normal phone repair workshop can repair this phone why MI service centre is recommending me to change the motherboard to get it functional I took the phone to normal repair shop and they had repaired my phone why MI service centre engineers was unable to do so

WORST SERVICE CENTER EVER!Please do not ever go to this shitty place for getting your device repaired.I gave them my phone as the display had stopped working. They had told me that theyll give me a completely new body with folder and socket for 3000, after 12 days they told me that they can only put the Folder on and I have to pay 2600 for it. AND THIS ISNT IT. the folder started breaking on its own, cracks by cracks the upper glass kept on breaking and breaking (and earlier with the original screen, my phone had fallen like every other day for 1.5 years and didnt even cause a single crack)These guys are FRAUDS.

Staff here is careless for the data in phone, just put pressure on client to replace software without saving data, when asked they say they are allowed to do the listed works by company only, didnt give receipt of service even after asking. Micromax, please take action, please dont go and get cheated here.
