I Had Taken Loan Two Wheeler from Capital First 2017 with @10% but they Charges 12% Interest and Never Refund me Excess Charged ............ I am Very bad experience even Graduate.... Aware

Very Very Very Worst Experience with this bank. I have given them my complete foreclosed amount but they cut ECS Charges from my bank account from 2 months regularly. In future i will not select any service of this bank.

Interest on saving bank deposit is great. It is offering 7% interest rate. Net banking is also fine. Public sector bank (sbi, pnb, bob) offer only 3.5 % or less interest rate. So whatever you earn in the year is double of what you earn when money lie in saving bank account.

Unprofessional staff + delayed response + worst app + worst customer care services + account upgradation/ KYC takes longer time even more than 2 weeks.

Very bad experience i applyed for loan and my loan approved but none of there employe came and collect my docoument last 20 days i also complain in costumer care 4time but always they says we will collect your documents in 48 working hours but every time they MY TIME THE BANK NOT SENT THE EMPLOYE TO COLLECT MY DOCUMENTS
