I havent stayed here but went for dinner as a family outing. We had heard so much about the buffet here, so we wanted to try it. The ambience was good but the quality of food was much worse. There wasnt much variety as expected by a renowned chain and to top it off, dishes were tasteless. The food served was looking like leftovers and none of the staff were bothered to check and replenish the items. Even when requested, they just asked us to take from the items already served as if nothing is amiss. Later on, they apologized when we got angry but whats the use when the whole evening is spoiled.

Second time staying here. The rooms are very neat and comfortable. Amazingly priced too. All amenities available in room. Staff are punctual and cordial. Food at the restaurant is pretty decent though can do with a bit improving on the taste and the pricing. But overall, 5/5 for me. Highly recommended for a Value for money stay while youre at this beautiful city.

Booked a business room for two days got a very good deal online. The room was decent with all major amenities and the staff was very courteous in every possible way. I was alloted a room where I was able to see the fort far away. The food was good but had a very limited menu maybe due to Corona and limited guest. Overall a decent stay.

One of the most overrated hotel with least staff courtsey. Stayed there for two days during my trip in Mid of October 2020. Read lots of positive reviews about it and hence planned to stayed there. At first they asked for additional 1000 for early check in at 7 am, which I paid. Stayed in Room 505-1. No Room Sanitization in Presence of Guest even when requested: When I asked the receptionist to sanitize the room once again in my presence, he denied. Though most of the big chains are doing this for customer satisfaction.2. Improper placement of Lights in Room: No lights over Luggage Area, so u have to shift your luggage to have a look into it. Also no light over Bathroom Mirror. How this is even possible? Ufff3. No 24*7 Hot Water Availability: When u enter a good hotel, u expect hot water through running tap and u dont suppose to call everytime to use the same. Here the geyser is centralized and everything u wants to have a hot shower, u need to call receptionist or housekeeping and wait for 15-20 mins for hot water than.4. Worst part is Poor Housekeeping: When u will ask for fresh towels, they will take so much time that u may feel to go out and get it at ur own and every towel is having some pungent smell of bleach, which should be removed via any fabric conditioner atleast.5. Supplying USED ITEMS: When I asked for Shoe Shiner while exiting, house keeping again took more than 10-15 mins to get the same and more importantly they brought a USED ONE. THIS WAS WORST IN CURRENT TIME. HOW CAN U EXPECT A HOTEL TO SUPPLY ANY USED ITEM TO U? I Shown this to receptionist and they dont have anything to say on this other than sorry. After this, I even had doubt about what more used item would have been supplied in this whole stay for me.They dont even have Cloak room to my utter surprise and will keep ur luggage just near receptionist feet. Lovely Guys.Pathetic. GIVING TWO STARS JUST FOR INTERIOR. HOUSEKEEPING AND STAFF COURTSEY SHOULD BE GIVEN BELOW ZERO

Extremely poor housekeeping, very poor room Maintainance and sanitation, bathrooms have water leaks in various places, not fit to carry the name of The Park Hotel.Park Hotel should review their association or immediately improve their room quality.

The room was good! The staff was very courteous! We used the gym and the spa and both were good! but the negative points were the location- its in the industrial area and above a car showroom, play zone- the swimming pool is underground and the room is filled with chlorine smell (not well maintained),the room service food was good but takes a lot of time,the lobby is small but well maintained. We had selected the room with 2 beds  but they gave us one bed and there was a sofa cum bed which was not comfortable! Overall it was an average experience!It was an average experience!

The food served here is a scam. In the name of chicken biryani they actually serve steam rice mixed with chicken gravy. Those who have not eaten biryani will accept it as Chicken Biryani but I can’t. The food menu is overpriced with photos of delicious delicacies but in actual you will get regular highway dhaba food. As far as staying is concerned bathrooms have a pre set temp for hot water. The water is never hot but Luke warm. Not worth of money to stay here.

Great hotel. Food was tasty. Staff is courteous. There are two noticeable poor features. The lift lobby is very cluttered and small in area. Five / Four doors open in a small area, Worried about fire safety. Second, the hotel has party garden. The main entry to hotel and party garden is common. Lot of trouble to both party guest as well as hotel guest.

The Bazar zone is clean and spanky , all wooden gothic furniture and the settings are perfect for a rendezvous.Meals are sumptuous and delicious.Serving size is large.The monchow soup and kuta mirch paneer starters were great.We had lovely mellow naans with soy chaap and red thai.As i said serving size is large, four of normal appetite can adjust easily.Dont miss the Death by Choclate cake...i have eaten at many places Belgium chocs, but this deserves special applause. Just melow, tasty and heavenly.Ample parking place and lovely ambience all through.The lounge, entrance and lighting all are great and the people are friendly and patient and polite.All no touch including menu card too and the elegant entrance will pep you up.Non vegetarian is also there.

The entrance of the hotel might put you off a bit as it’s located above a Volkswagen showroom. Also there is hardly any parking thus they won’t allow a pick up cab to wait for more than a few minutes as there are hardly any place in front of the hotel.The check in was pretty fast. The ambiance of the room was quite different which tried to look modern as well as contemporary. The room was non smoking but the staff allowed me to smoke. The AC had an issue as the temperature kept on reducing on its own.I could see the fort from my windows. It was far off but still felt good. Wish the windows were cleanerThe bathroom was nice & clean. The shower panel covered half the area and thus water would flow in outside it which could have been avoided. The toiletries were good. The shower panel was quite high and could have been placed better.The hotel have a famous pub in the 3rd floor. They have a dress code in few days so better check before going. The breakfast is also served in the 3rd floor and the spread was good. The staff was very courteous & helpful.The airport is about 4-5 kms from the hotel. So it can be a reason to book as well

The lodging is okay. But the food was great!! We had arranged for a 3 day conference that was nicely organized...!!

Overall it wasnt a great experience, ambience was better then the food over here.Dont wanna suggest anyone, specially those who are looking forward to book its banquet for their upcoming marriage ceremonies and birthday parties.

Offering an attractive look with their orange hue, the place offers a no of buffet options over the weekend, breakfast, brunch and dinner. I have tried the dinner and brunch buffet. The variety, quality and taste, though decent, offers. a monotonous tone to the food they offer. The service is decent as well. The standout for me isnt he chat counter, which offers a different deliciously taste. All in all, the place is good, but with nothing excellent to offer. The one plus one free brunch offer made it tolerable.

Centrally located and Rooms were very clean and maintained . not much extra curricular activities to explore here but service is efficient which set the platform for a comfortable stay. star attraction here is its breakfast buffet which is really sumptuous and treat for taste buds. highly recommended if you are on holiday trip with most of the time travelling to tourist destinations and need to have a relaxing and comfortable stay. will surely on my list for any recommendations to dear ones. it gave our trip a superb start.

Visited yesterday on dinner with family, the restaurant of hotel has is very good ambience. Very much happening place. when we entered it was fully packed, we waited for some time and got our table. Despite being so busy restaurant, we have got excellent service. Food was finger biting. Sandeep was the server, he took care very well.

We visited z bar Zone by the Park for the first time and I felt the quality and service of the drinks is great. The starter And cocktail were both liked. “I special mention Shivraj bar tender he’s very kind and helpful” ||A must visit restaurant to come with friends and family!!

The Zone by the park has Restaurant Bazar at the third floor. The restaurant is beautifully designed on the lines of a bazar. The interiors are chic and trendy and the atmosphere was lively. The buffet menu had a wide variety ranging from Indian dishes to Chinese to Italian. Food was delicious to taste and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed our time at this place and I would recommend it if youre looking for a delightful dining experience. Do give it a try.
