Resort was good but staff support was worst.All the time they were putting rules that you can go here and there. Even we have booked to room but they were not allowing us to get the access of swiming pool. In evening they asked us to come tomorrow morning when we went in the morning they requested that there is party going on please come in evening and again in evening they told you guys must come in morning as some ladies are there and after 8 PM you are strictly not allowed. After paying a good amount of money for two days of booking we have to argue to the staff for the swimming pool. If you are planning to go stay and chill there please dont waste your money.

Amargarh Resorts & Garden is a well known venue for hosting marriages. We went there for a friends wedding. The Garden has a very big lawn & has ample of space for hosting big parties.The food was great with prompt services.Special care & precautions were their for Covid 19 protection.

Just an outstanding place to visit and for destinations weddings.Not limited to this can organize birthday parties and other events according to your taste and theme.Staff is so courteous and food is good in taste .Inside resort services and other amenities are upto mark.

Staff cooperation is a big issue. Food is not good.

The rooms in the hotel are pretty okay(good I would say). All the basic luxuries are there! If you are looking for aesthetic, comfortable and affordable rooms it is just the place for you.

We organised a wedding here for 3 days. They did a good job on banquet barring apart a few food quality stuffs. However, there were lot of quality issues in terms of room cleanliness, hygiene, service. The bed sheet of a few rooms were not changed while handing over the rooms to us. We had to remind them multiple times to provide us things as basic as water bottle or tea. We also experienced a bad behaviour in the mid of the night on wedding day when their management people started forcing us to make full payment at 1 AM in night by threatening us to discontinue the service of all our guests staying with us there. Hence we got complaints from couple of our guests who were getting very irritated with this behaviour.

I went there to attend the marriage function of my boss , what i liked there the most was the beauty of the place next to that was the fantabulous decoration done by the organiser . The centre was decorated to sit for elders and enjoy the soft drinks on luxury sofa .The left side is fully booked with the stage and DJ , extra bass sound systems , lights , background screens , dancers , costumes and what not.The front was decorated with the stage for the bride and the groom .The remaining side contains the food .I totally loved the food . Very nice place to have a party or marriage function

I have attended a meeting of Haier brand few days back then. Management was good nd staff were kind. Decent rooms nd picturesque view from the Resort/room. Dinner was delicious 😋. I think its a great place nd its easy to find this place for the New comers.👍

Service is not good. Set Top Box was not working. There wasnt any balance in the DTH account. TV was of no use. After multiple request they did not recharge. I asked the restaurant for a veg dish and they said it is not available. With restaurants confirmation, I placed an order for the same dish from outside. When the delivery was attempted, the management didnt allow the delivery boy to deliver the food, stating that outside food is not allowed. I was hungry having no other option.Rooms were not upto the mark. Service could be improved. 3 ☆☆☆ is more than enough. Technically it should be 2.

I enjoyed the quietness, the cleanliness and the lovely staff. I would be more than happy to stay here again in the future. Located near Highway a bit far away from udaipur city. The resorts is newer property, extremely clean and provides you great hospitality. The staff were very humble and co-operative. Breakfast area very specious. good choices for breakfast. including fresh fruits fresh juices, whole wheat bread, The hohotel provides you almost every facility like swimming pool, game zone, room eminities, open grassed ground for sports events or big function.

3 Star Resort with Best service. Big hall for Seminar (1000+ Gathering). Big Parking area with beautiful garden view. Management is good. Clean outer area.

The stay was Below average in terms of comfort of family out for Holiday.The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and the good things end here.the Ac and toilets were not working properly so had to change rooms.they rent out their swimming pool to the families and single boys, they play very loud music and create ruckus and too much noise to top it they are given rooms to change and relax so you have half naked , water dripping people moving to and fro in the corridor,the buffet breakfast was a joke with its absence. you have to ask / request for the breakfast and ask for more parantha or milk for the kids.the chef loved cutting the fruit with the knife used to chop garlic, onions or even green chilly.all in all the property could be better managed there is still time.

Very comfortable stay. Staff is hospitable and friendly. Best thing about the place is its manager - Naveenji, very helpful, understanding and extremely customer centric. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anybody who is traveling to Udaipur and looking for a pleasant and satisfying experience.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights. The rooms are pretty huge and quite clean... Though the location is far from the Airport (10-12 Kms) but the city transportation is pretty good. you have good taxi services like Ola and others ... The options in food are limited but quality is very good...value for money...
