I changed a hotel at Jodhpur for the stay at shri ram residency and proved aptly for each penny. Not so far from the chaos of city and its places of interests. Would surely opt and advice others to opt for this hotel each n everytime visit to Jodhpur. Thanks to all hotel staff and specially the food guys who were prompt in delivery and pleasant in attitude. There is ATM just at the ground floor so no need for cash hunting in unknown city. A nearby petrol pump to address the fuel issues. and more than that an Hospital just adjacent to hotel for any medical needs for all ages. I think what else emergency services you need while on travel. I extended my stay at Jodhpur by one more day keeping in mind above said benefits to explore the city with total peace of mind and drive down to delhi back with full satisfaction, though not have been possible if the stay at this hotel wasnt so comfortable. Heartfelt thanks extended and great wishes to keep up the level of hospitality.

The rooms were clean. Has got signboards indicating preventions for Corona. But their sanitisation staff was not wearing masks ironically! Has got a sanitizer stand, although it doesnt work very well. The bottle falls off the stand. When we reached reception in the morning, there was someone else who was sitting there and didnot know the process. He was talking over phone as well, had to request him twice to do the process, but he was not acting on it. Finally, somebody came to the rescue and did the required formalities. The bedsheet had cigarette burn marks when we reached our room and we could also see a few hair strands, had to request the reception to get it changed. They acted on it quickly. Overall, a clean and cheap stay.

This is the best hotel room that I have seen till date, the quality of food is very good and the parking space is also very good in this hotel.

In one word...too bad experience with this hotel... fully mis management, staff behavior too bad....I booked 3 room super deluxe.... but they gave me deluxe.full of my Rajasthan tour... this hotel just worst.... please dear friend.... please dont go with family.....bad atmosphere... atmosphere is too bad for family.... spot boys r very bed behavior.... except one & two....they have not any co ordination to each other.... totally mis management....in my room no hot water,no tv connection... nothing to say anything about this hotel.... just only big 0

Hotel is really poor on service specially.clean towels have not been provided despite numerous requests.tata sky recharge was not done in 2 rooms as if the hotel didnt know that the guests are arriving.tea was not served in room number 206 in the morning. free breakfast is pathetic. no buffet. food is being served in a plate on the table.the plate only has 3 pooris 1 sad bread toast n 60 ml of aloo curry. dats it.no tea no napkins nothing.poor stay and not coming back .everything mentioned above.....

A very nice hotel, especially at the price point. Rooms were clean, elegant and modern. The location is a little far off from the old city and tourist attractions but the road outside the hotel is busy enough and I had no problems getting an ola or an uber. The hotel staff are very helpful. Food is nothing to write home about and I suggest you try to eat somewhere else to get the authentic tastes of Jodhpur.A note of caution. Due to many similar named hotels and maybe because this hotel is relatively new, not a lot of people in Jodhpur know about it. So I suggest you either use this location or say it is near Kothari hospital while hiring an auto etc.
