This apartment is good to purchase having OC and other reliable documents with budget cost. And we can avail housing loans from Nationalised banks without any risk. I also purchased a flat getting housing loan with in a week time.

Very bad apartment. Careful to check the documents with legal advisor. When I ask with the people, they raised lot of complients in katha issue. These people are struggling to get katha register to their name but not yet processing for last 4 years and more. Also, the OC and CC are not issued to those people. There are so many problems in their society. No individual power connection. Too much of fluctuations are there. Commercial current charges. Too much of maintanance charges. No security camera. Overall it is not a apartment it is a godown people are staying. If you buy any flat in this apartment, then you will stay there without any document and proof in your name. It will be in someones name.

Purchased last year at the begining. It was in E-katha. Now builders have changed it to A-Katha and we are also very much satisfied with the pricing which is very reasonable for an apartment holding A-Katha certificate.

Very satisfying. The process of bank loans were easy with the support of the builder. No problem arised with documentation, because the builder handed over all the documents like A-Khath, OC and CC to us.

All the documents are genuine and legal documents and these people are spreading fake news about the documents and dont trust the reviews and the pepole are not related to the apartment i am staying in this apartment and the buliders are responsible towards the apartment and buliders take all the responsibiltes and are nice persons

We recently purchased an apartment in this project, which recently got all the certificates like A Katha, OC and CC. Till now we havent encountered any problems with the builders and we are very much satisfied with the amenities and the apartment.

Bad appatment .There are so many problems in suprabath society. Like electricity , mentanance, lift .etc . The major issue is document issue . This society doesnt has plan approved. No national bank giving loan to it. Dont trust on Builder statement. All the flat members are facing issues now. Builder is demanding money in noncence way, else disconnected the electricity , water supply from your flat. Behaive like a rowday ..Cross check all the documents .
