The restaurant has grown up in quality of food and décor then last time visit. Food was good and nicely served.

I visited the place for fhe first time. Food was amazing, decor of the place was wonderful. Rooms are a bit old. But i do not mind visiting the place again. Although i feel they can definitely work on the interiors.

Good spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean linens and clean bathrooms. Food quality and quantity too is good. Place is more famous for parties as it has a separate place for same.

Visited at its Bar n Restaurant yesterday. Ambiance was good , staff seems to be little “DESI” type. Spiking loudly with each other in desi language in front of guests. Rates are very high compare to its service. Charged extra for Soda even for Ice in the Bar. Surprisingly food quality was not so bad. Needs to improve so much to attract more guests. 3 out of 10.

Value for money. Room sizes are small with gypsum used for partitioning the rooms. This leads to a lot of noise travelling to your room from the other rooms that are occupied.

Stayed from 25 jul to 30 jul this year, one of the best Hotel in Ambala and nearby area, its newly constructed so facilities are very good. This include an appriceable restaurant and bar. The most important advantage of this hotel is its location just on the highway at about 5 Km from city and the person managing things over here named Mr Sood, He is one of the best accommodating and gentle nature person with a professional attitude ready for betterment always. The hotel of course has some points to improve, such as training of staff, strenghening of wifi network, availability of Gym etc. One of the irritant may be the disturbances caused during marriages and parties in its season as this hotel has banquet hall too along with. Overall, this hotel is one of the best at its location, amenities, ambiance and price of course in Ambala.

It is a nice place to host parties.

Lights went out a couple of times which forced me to rate it 4 instead of 5. Otherwise the place was good. Service was fantastic. Dishes served were well cooked and the overall ambience of the place was impressive.

We booked this hotel as came to one of the marriage near by and we went to the hotel very late like around 11pm.rooms are not clean,need maintenance.almirah were in bad shape.only good thing was staff is very polite and friendly.

My Dad threw a three day bash for my friends & cousins in this 22 room, undergoing renovation, very well located on Chandigarh Ambala highway Hotel & resort.The staff & management went all out to open all the area’s of the hotel to accommodate various themed badges.we enjoyed fresh, delectable for with local flavours. Any suggestion or request from us was happily accommodated.after the renovations are complete, the location, courteous staff, interiors & the lovely lawns will make it a ideal location for get togethers.

Overall, bad experience! Following is what our group faced1) Buffet breakfast - new concept :-) started preparing food at 9 am though they knew in advance about the reservation.2) No one picks the phone at housekeeping or room service3) Only thin AC blankets in this severe winter4) No heater

Well what can i say. Stayed here for 3 nights and these guys literally understand what is hospitality. Smiles all over. Made us feel so much at home! Access is easy on the main road. Rooms r huge! Bathrooms are clean and the beds were nice and comfy. No bed bugs or any other insect specie. Food is top class and they are not stingy. One serving can easily feed 4 people! They have some outdoor games like carrom and badminton too. Only issue was we had no tv channels coming but that did not reduce our good opinion about this place! Overall a wonderfull stay 🙂

Facility is not good. There is no timely service, frequently electricity cut-off and backup is not good. Breakfast and food quality is very very bad.Room is not cleaned well and on timely...food cost are very high as compared to locality.I will never refer someone to stay in this hotel.

Worst place to stay...rooms not as per commitment given at the time of booking, unclean and absolutely not worth a penny...made to move from room to room thrice and after one hour as tgere was no change decided to leave the hotel. Management has indifferent attitude..say this is what is allotted not concerned with what is committed. Had to call customer care and appreciate concerns raised, granting refund for booking. Had no option to search for hotel at 1 am in the morning after travelling 9 hrs from Manali. All portals should seriously take this hotel out of its list immediately.
