The staff and owner also very polite and respectful while dealing with the customer. Finance facilities are also available on certain products. Too badPlease read before you buy anything from this store.I bought a new mobile from this MI store, but a few days later its screen problem started.I went to the store and described the problem. The boy sitting in front said they cant do anything and you have to go to Medinipur MI store.It was during the corona lockdown so it was difficult to go to Medinipur.When I go to Medinipur Emai Store. They said the mobile was sold to another person before the date of the bill. The bill given to me is not real and they refuse to see it.I am a MI fan but for the first time I was deceived into buying offline products.please read before you buy something.I bought a new mobile from this M I store, but after a few days its start screen problem.I went to the store and described the problem. The front desk boy said they cant do anything and you have to go to mednipur MI store.It was corona lockdown time so it was problematic to go medinipur.but when I go to mednipur mi store. They said the mobile sold to another person before the bill date. The bill given to me is not genuine and they refuse to service it.I am a Mi fan but first time bought offline product and get cheated.I reccomend to buy online.
