The place is little bit in an awkward place.It is not easily noticeable from the usual traffic. The place is situated inside a small building on a small gully and no proper hoarding or banner is put up outside for the help of people.Worst service.The customers have to pay extra for the fault of the staff.The place is not as user friendly as it should be.The staff on site is not so much apt with the technical devices.And they dont deliver the parcels to the address given. They ask for extra money to deliver it to the address. Or the recipient has to go and take the parcel from the office.They should really change this policy.Thank you

Peoples are co-operative and helpfull.Didnot face any problem.Address has been changed and I edited it on map.

DTDC Jhargram is the worst service provider ever.... the courier deliver person always asks money to come home and deliver parcel if not entertained he behave rudely.... very ill mannered... tried to complain at the DTDC head quaters but invain... they are not at all interested to imporve their services.... worst courier service i have seen ever
