The experience is way better then rated online. They repair all the major brands laptop and service everything. It is really good then other computer shops. They even used *anti static mat* to repair my laptop. Local or some big shops dont even use anti static mats. They clean my laptops fan and heatSink without even me saying it. The service is very good

Very poor services..they took 1000 rs just to reboot the laptop..since its a lockdown, i called the number available on website..the person said come from the back door we will fix it..i was happy as it was very urgent for me. I went to the place, the worker took laptop from me and said k bhaiya aapko call kar denge...then i got a call k 1200 rs ka kharcha aayega..i said ok..but i insisted to make it 1000 ra for which he agreed....he make the issue look so big i thought there might be some part which got damaged..within 5 minutes i got a call saying laptip is fixed..i went and ask what was the issue..he said mother board ko boost kiys...i asked 1000 rs was way high for 5 minutes job....the agent was rude saying bataya to tha aapko..i gave moneu but experience was very bad...as its a shprtage of laptip repairing sgips in my city, peiple are simply looting......highly recomend not to go to this place..very poor experience..

No use!! Took service charges of 150 RS just for opening laptop and testing hard-disk. worker is non-professional and wasted 2 hrs.Dont visit it,instead go to other local repair shop which dont charge such money.

My Lenovo thinkpad L series suddenly crashed.(I had a doubt that its because of my charger which was getting overheated for the past few days.)I went here for a repair.They took my laptop and after 5 minutes told me that there is a issue in the motherboard.i ask them to please check it once with a new charger.they said they dont have a new one.after this they asked me to pay 2600/- for the repair.I was damm sure that there is something fishy over here.so i told them that il come later.Next i went to a computer shop on tandon road sipri bazaar.the first thing the shop owner did was,he checked my laptop with a new charger.and yess it worked.god saved me from those(anna computers) liars.i never visited them again.

DONT EVER GIVE YOUR LAPTOP FOR REPAIR TO THEM,....I am sharing my own personal experience...they stole my 2gb ram...which I coughs hold of them red handed...they give my laptop to repair in some other shop for a minimum price and asked me to pay 10 times...lying to me that they have got my laptop repaired from Indore.The person in-charge of repair centre is TARUN .....he is an absolute fraud....dont ever go there...they take advantage of the people who dont have knowledge in this field...if you care about your hard earned money...never go there.
