My parcel got misrouted and for two days its with them only. I called many times but their behaviour is unprofessional.

No including Insurance, they taking 00 responsibilities, but 1 good thing that they told b4 the making parxel that, we xant take any responsibilities if it will broke or tear down.And also charges triple without any facilities that bluedart and Delhivery curiors .Never recommend.
