My laptop had issue of nothing in Taskbar opening up. When I went here he sold me Quickheal anti-virus for 3 years first and told me how it is better than other softwares which will prevent from happening of such problems. Amazon was showing price of Rs.1800 but this man told that HE WILL MAKE SURE that all issues are solved and laptop will work top notch and charged Rs.2400. It was promised 1 day but laptop returned after 3 days😔 THE PROBLEM I HAD STILL PERSISTED. He handed me laptop saying lets reinstall OS and this problem will be sorted out else take your laptop. I clearly understood one thing that this person doesnt know where the problem lies.After one month I have installed SSD from a professional whose shop is located in 15th Lane. They charged higher than what Unique computers charge but the service is top notch and all issues I had are resolved plus I got my laptop back within a day. Now I reinstalled Quickheal and asked this Unique computer guy the product key (He didnt handover when I bought it). Now this guy spoke rudely because he knew I didnt use his service for installing SSD. Days passed but he hasnt given the product key. Quickheal support helped me retrieve my key.Generally I forget such people and move on but experience with this guy made me spend time to write a review for him.I also learnt that this guy has AMC contracts of multiple institutions, cooperative banks and some Industries. God knows why these people choose such crazy people. Also it makes me feel that he doesnt give a damn about individual customers as his major cash flows are from AMC. Even so if you feel like taking his services, I would say you should donate money somewhere then wasting it here.
