One of best hotel in Jaunpur but room amenities are not up to the mark and some times not available

Untidy rooms, No room services unskilled staff.... horrible experience that too in expensive room (super deluxe)

This is an amazing place for Casual as well as Professional meets. Best in class service. Delicious food and a very beautiful ambience. They have maintained their class. They take bookings for Various kinds of Events and functions. Ground and halls of different sizes are available along with the room bookings to undertake several events.

After seeing this place you cant understand whats inside..its like judging a book by its cover means the quality of food is good but taste doesnt matches the high-fighness of the restaurant.....They should improve their behavior and should make thier services fast (thats very slow).. Super filling like happy

There was no water coming out of the tap of the hotel utsav. There was no soap in the bathroom. In one of our room staff have taken keys and they are saying this is our room.

Visited the hotel for a wedding.... Bed sheets where all stained.... Rooms were OK ok... I do not expect much in jaunpur from a hotel... But with oyo mark at least bed sheets should have been clean.... My suggestion is make varanasi as a base and then go to Jaunpur if u are on a business trip. Its better to stay in Varanasi.... Avoid this hotel.

Very Osm Hostel, Just like 5 Stars hotel, Service quality was good n fast. Behaviour of staffs are too good. Rooms are fully ac n cleaned with a hall attached with that. Lighting was super Osm approx 25 lights are there in a room. I was having a great experience there. Each n every facilities that you want or expect that was available there. Food quality was Awesome.

Ok for family functions , but the halls are suffocating in summer since all ACs not running .Washroom not clean, no exhaust in washroom.Would not prefer for any function.A caution to all who are going to book to please check all amenities and facilities the hotel tells.

I stayed there for official work. I thought of staying full work duration but few hours experience compled me to changed the hotel next day. Room was terrabte, durty, uncleaned bed sheet, spitt spot on walls, television was not working. So overall experience is horrible.
