Wrost Experiance ever seen.We have booked 1 AC room for 9 April 2021 on Some amount after discount but after check out they charged whole amount.They did not stand on their statement.Please do not visit the hotel, total waste of money.

Room I take here bad is very bad condition after complain they change room but no cleaning in room pathetic.. Everywhere you find dust dust and siyar only....

Hotels entry is not good not bad... At reception and all staff should be improve, staff behavior is not little professional, room is good AC is not working sometimes. Rating for food is 2.5 ⭐ daal ki quality ekdam bekar hai...bed & room is very clean. but dining table very poor., broken. Overall hotel is good not better not best. And inside the hotel its feeling fear type..due to staff behavior.

Its a budget hotel, sort of a lodge.No lift facility.Rooms are gloomy & washrooms are unhygienic. Hot water wasnt available.Phones in the rooms dont work & the staff at the reception ask you to call on their mobile; celular coverage is low. Needless to say service is slooooow.TV has few channels, mostly locals. Almost no charging point, remove the one running TV to charge your mobile!!Didnt order food, cant comment on that.Hotel has parking space nearby.Be prepared for all night rocking disturbance from traffic since hotel is situated right next to a heavily-used highway.

Hotel was good as compared to the living standard of jaunpur. Catering service was very good and the quality of food was awesome but the quality comes with the price which was also very high in comparison to local food vendors. As far as cleanness is concerned it was average hygienic place to stay but you can make it better by calling room service as many times as you want. All in one hotel is good and you can stay here if you crack a good deal otherwise local hotels are way more cheaper and i specially want to appreciate the effort of one service guy named sameer who is totally into his work.

Had a comfortable stay. staff is cooperative and very gentle. Hotel location easily accessible. it is situated at Polytechnic Chauraha which is centre of the city. food is also good.

First of all you can not expect to much Quality service here.. my experience here is just OK ( neither good nor bad )Staffs are very polite here and this hotel is situated at quite good location ( easy to access from anywhere in the city ) where you can easily find anything you want.. there is also some of the good restaurants nearby which can provide you good food.And talking about some of the problems I have faced here was1- there was no parking for cars you have to park your car beside the hotel in an open field.2- rooms and gallery was not much spacious ..3- there was so many lizard in my room that was very annoying 😐

Hotel is good for leaving and facilities are okay.Just all rooms do not have water-geaser but on phone hot water is available.So,I recommend that there should be geaser in all roomsRest all fine.

Location is very prime. Rooms are small yet comfortable. Staff is cooperative. Reaching here is very easy. All major stations and spot are approachable.

Would have scored it in negative if there was an option. 1)*Rooms, linen, washrooms are extremrly dirty as one can see in the pictures. 2) No matter what food you order from their menu, theyll take at least 40 mins to 1 hr to serve the same. 3) Intercom was not in function. 4)*stain was found on towel 5) Wash basin dont work 6) The property is situated at the very centre of the main road crossing, hence heavy vehicles pass on through the entire night. Due to poor soundproofing system one can hardly get any sleep at night. I had booked the standard room (Room no 207) as it was just an overnight stay. However, never expected to end up with such a poor decision.This property is not at all recommended even for overnight stays!

This hotel is one of the best budget hotel in jaunpur . The location is excellent. The room was good, spacious and full of all amenities. The service was good and fast. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.
