Basic amenities nowadays, like the electric kettle in the room would be really appreciated. a kind of concern, as i had booked for my wife, travelling alone, when someone knock the doors at around 11pm. otherwise, the staff at the hotel were very very helpful and understanding. thanks to mr. gopinath, for following up.
