People are careless and irresponsible as mentioned in the earlier posts.Of late they have started posting wrong charges, which has forced me to loose trust.Suggestion- Stand in the workshop while the work is in progress (they any ways dont stop any one to enter) and try to find someone who can put in a word for you, it will make things easy and prompt.

Overall a good place for servicing your Maruti make cars. You can get a good service if you know someone over here or be at your own self.

The atmosphere of the showroom and service center is family-friendly and gives customers satisfaction. Due to the right coordination between management and employees, customers get better results.

Considering number of suzuki cars there should be atleast 3 service centres of maruti... You have to wait for 4-5 hrs tp get your vehicle serviced..... Overall they do their job well

Its not good for service. They just apply false labour charges and waste too much time. For paid service of my Alto, I had to wait for 6 Hrs and at last paid 8000 rs without any query due to time constraints, as I fed up after 7 hrs, later I observed that they mentioned 3000 for labour charges, including services which I didnt avail like wheel balancing etc. Also no professionalism observed. Employees were behaving like local politician,who decide to serve first those who shows some approach or relation with any of the workshop management employee. Exotic rural type process management. I will not suggest anyone to go there. This was my first and last visit to this place.

Im not satisfied with thier service and behavior once you visit the showroom and book the car then after that there behavior gets change of showing specialty to the customer ,and also they dont response in a proper way the customers need.

Only one service station in jaunpur dist-. If you enter after half of the day then you have to spend all the day waiting for service your vehicle.

Ok staff, most of them are under training, unprofessional, very slow ,I came here for insurence claim settlement, process was simple once went into senior members of the staff , juniors are still learning which make me a little nervous about my car dont know how they gonna treat it in such unprofessional behaviour in the lower section of staff rest is ok for me till now , we see how much time theyll take to finalize my car and hand it over to me , finger crossed ,its been 22days now I meke it 1 star for that, let you know further update

Kind of ok...not so good. Some of the Staffs behaviour is very bad and very irresponsible. Until youve purchased the car theyll be very nice to you..after that they dont even talk properly with you..but not all of them are like that.

Maruti suzuki not able to provide some varients of car sometimes.You can deal as much as you can with price.Also they provide finance service, so you need not to bother.Place is away from main city so take your own vehicle if any have, otherwise plan something as you can come back to city.Test rides are available for evey customers.

Its a very fantastic maruti showroom in the Jaunpur city it is situated at the highway of Jaunpur to shahganj. Near to kuttupur tiraha siddhikur . There is a different type of maruti cars is available. Service of this showroom is good maintenance is also good. I think its only maruti showroom which is occupied in huge area in the Jaunpur city ,we can buy a new car from here.

Ac not available in showrooms so costumers who came to purchase car is not fill comfortable. Only cars are better but customers services is not hopefully
