We purchased Decora Cabinets for our retirement home. So far I have had two cabinets come in upside down, and thankfully the 3rd cabinet my builder was able to fix without waiting for that replacement. The third was an island cabinet that was marked correctly - left and right - and yet both cabinets were left cabinets. We had a running joke if their inspection stickers were just part of pricetag, because clearly no one inspected these cabinets. We were waiting today for the final cabinet to show up at local home depot store today, because that was the promise they gave us. Moving trucks in driveway, and we are waiting for the call that it hit the shipping dock. After many calls to their customer service departmet we were given a tracking number that was never activivated, because it never left the building. So now my family is leaving without me to our new home, because I still need to wait for our cabinet. Hopefully the replacement will fit the vehicle, because the moving truck is gone. I cant say much about the quality, because I havent experienced it yet. I was so excited, but now I have a feeling of dread NOT knowing if their product is about as good as their inspection labels. Im sincerely hoping others have a better experience with this line, and Home Depot needs to recognize a HUGE bottleneck with one of their vendors. The pictures are the apron sink cabinet, and the doors should be on the bottom. The window on the second cabinet was to be on top, and clearly was on bottom.

Don’t buy from them. Awful customer service. I ordered their cabinets and installer came to put them in last Friday, 2/21. Decora didn’t ship the side panel of the fridge. So contractor can’t install the fridge. Who knew? I paid for the fridge panel piece they just failed to manufacture. And contractor needs the plumber and electrician to install all the appliances at the same time.The dealer told me decora has a 5-15 day turn around for things like this. Today the dealer informs me the panel won’t ship until Friday 3/13. So I likely won’t receive until 3/18. Meanwhile all my appliances are sitting in my dining room and likely denting my hardwood floors. So a three week delay due to decora. So angry I can’t stand it. This is not good customer service at all. DONT BUY FROM THEM!UPDATE: they ended up shipping my fridge panel one week earlier. So, a little better customer service than the dealer reported. I would say they need to review their procedures for checking off order lists prior to shipping AND the dealer should have checked their list when the boxes arrived.I am happy with the quality of the cabinets.

I love this company. I have worked with this company for about 7 years now and I have had nothing but great interactions. The product is beautiful, construction is superb, customer service is always polite and actually HELPFUL, and the selection cant be beat. There is nothing you cant do with this line (once you get to know it, there are so many choices to learn-they have thought of practically everything)! AND its made and assembled in the USA!

I rarely write reviews, but Im in love with my new cabinets!! They are beautiful, and I highly recommend this product!

Décoras website sucks, cant navigate with a tablet.Styles and stains arent keeping up with the times.... dinosaur!Come on you got nice stuff keep up.... sorry.

Cabinets are beautiful when they do not have issues but they do have issues especially with a dark paint. Several doors where not painted to the edge and with the dark paint you could see a white seam which wasnt painted! 4 doors were warped. Mark, the Home Depot rep is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Some issues have been fixed but it took FOREVER! STILL waiting for remaining issues to be resolved. Took over 6 months initially to complete the kitchen which is TOTALLY unacceptable. Mark was a HUGE part of that problem. Sent videos and pictures of warped doors over 5 weeks ago and still WAITING for a response. Spend the extra money and buy from a company that cares about its customer service.
