Best place for worship and visit with family...Devotional and Peaceful atmosphere🙏🙏

Visited this ASI protected heritage temple at Jagati near Janhapada on the way to Boudh Khurda road. Both the temples of Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu are amazing to see.

Charisambhu temple is situated at a distance of 16 kms from Boudh town near the village at Gandharadi and Jagati, ancient Jagatipur the Capital of the Somabansi King Jajati. The famous twin temple is a combination of Nilamadhava and Siddheswar. These temples were constructed in 8th Century AD. under the patronage ofBhanja rulers of the Khinjali Mandala These two temples were built on one platform ,exactly similar to each other. Archeological Survey of India has preserved these temples as an exquisite pilgrim Place.

This temple is undertaken by ASI (Archaeological survey of India. Also ASI says that the temples were made in 8th century at the ruling period of King Gandhamardana Dev. The temples are made of Black Pagoda and Black Granite.

Very nice Shiva temple

Temple of Lord Siva & Vishnu. There is no dustbin available in the temples garden. So that all the polythene and garbage were spread throughout the garden.

Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva Temple. Beautiful park. Prasad facility also available, but need to say in advance.

If you want peace and pure place.. It is one of them...

Meeting place of Hari(Vishnu) and Hara(Shiva) depicting harmony between Shaivites and Vaishnavites. A place of historical importance. Loved the cleanliness and tranquility.ASI should take steps to ensure development and popularization of the beauiful place.
