The behaviour of the management of the shop is very bad. They always entertain only the rich customers.The product that looks good in there lighting may not be as good. The rates are also very high.When my mother tried to exchange a saree with that of a different color the very next day it was bought, the lady at the counter refused to exchange that too in a rude manner.

We needed outfits delivered to mumbai and they made sure it was all done so well. I had amazing experience with roop shree sarees. I went to shop saree for one of the event for my wedding. They have amazing collection. I bought 2 sarees and I asked for another similar saree as Me and my mom planned to wear the similar saree for one of the event and it was not available. I am outside of udaipur and I asked Shashank who is the owner to help me get the same saree. He got me the same saree and that too in very short notice. They have amazing customer handling. The store is so inviting and the sales person and owner will greet you very well. My experience with Roop saree is really memorable and beautiful. Than you so much.

The owner did not treated well ... He stated shakal or kapde dek kr maal ijaat deta hu and continuously changed our sitting place. For me respecting customer is the very first point they are lacking.

THEIR MANAGEMENT AND BEHAVIOR OF STAFF IS SO BAD AND AFTER SALES SERVICE SUCH AS ALTERATION ETC WORK IS REALLY BAD. THEY TOOK MORE THAN 15 DAYS OF A SMALL WORK THAT TOO AFTER VISITING COUPLE OF TIMES THERE. I WILL NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO AND WASTE YOUR TIME THERE. IT IS BETTER YOU GO TO OTHER SHOPS IN TOWN. MY WIFE SPECIALLY TOLD ME TO WRITE A REVIEW SO THAT NO ONE SUFFERS LIKE WE DID.

There is no doubt that this shop offers different varieties and design clothes which are very attractive but the after sales service of the showroom is not good at all. The shopkeepers here do not see the customer at all after taking the money. I spent about 1 week and I had previously purchased a gown for my engagement and the cost of the gown was ₹ 20000 and I had the gown at the shop to get the shopkeeper to customize it. as I was promised that I will get my gown by Thursday but I did not get my gown ready even when I go on Thursday. I went to the showroom today to retrieve the same gown and I saw that it has customized so badly that it is not fit to wear in my engagement, even then I stayed there for 10 to 15 minutes. I waited for the gown to correct again, but the shop keeper did not correct that gown at all and i had to go back to the shop empty handed. This is my very bad experience. and I do not want other customers also see bad this way experience because I want shopkeeper who should at least take care of your customers and good Tailor should be hired.
