I had visited the RTO office for my driving license related work. The work was done quickly. However, the place can be better maintained and cleaned.

For learner licenseGo to counter no (1) for document checkup and then he will give you a token @free.Then Go to counter no (6) and show your documents again and pay 32 rs by phonepe or gpay then he will give you a payment slip of 32 rs.Then go to counter no (8) for photo click @free (you have to be in line with your token number which you recieved on counter no 1).After photo click go to the Road next side for computer test and here you have to correct 6 questions out of 10 questions else you will be fail.Then you have to go again on counter no (1) and submit document all documents again here and all work done now.Now when you will recieve a message on you register number that you learner dl confirm then after 3-4 days go again to counter no 6 and collect your learner driving licence

Very convenient if you know all the procedure. Otherwise youll have to get an agent. Due to covid croud is less most of the times.

Online instructions and offline verifications are two different things. I was alloted counter 2 but the person there asked me to go to the next building, and after an hour of hustle i came to new building counter 1. There he rejected my documents by giving the reason that LIC certificate is not a proof of residence, i have to bring my aadhar or voters id card, but the online portal shows many of the documents that can be submitted. In short if you have a so called representative of yours with you and you have paid him well, he can do your work despite of any documents. All they want is money and are getting it because people like us , do not want to get in a line and get our things done easily. CORRUPT OFFICIALS.

Jamshedpur RTO.. it works same as other RTOs. But with happy faces

Extremely tiring. The queue there moves extremely slow. The line inched so slowly that it took me 2 hours to get my turn even though I was the 10th person in it. Although, the officials inside are somewhat good.

It was more like a forest, best place to chill with friends.

If you know somebody personally than your work become easy and quickly. Otherwise people will influence you and take lot of money for your work.

This place is not maintained near actress clean. Lack of information or Visual Workplace Management is extremely poor. Place needs a facelift.

One place for most of the legal works like Driving license, vehicles transfer, etc.There are many advocates at the other side of the office who are there to help for any paper work which involves fees based on the work.

When it is going to open ? No information , no response. BIG 0 RATING.

System bit slow at RTO office.

RTO office is managed by transport and dalal mafia, no government. Unless you refer dalal or agent name RTO staff or outsource workmen will not respond. Very strange. Rmove RTO offices from map. They are the corruption university. You can check RTOs revenue and income, property. Worth few crores

I dont have any problem in specific to this RTO. It is just like any other Indian government office which is poorly maintained. Many agents bother you by surrounding you even at earliest hours of office.

Dilapidated building but the wheels of public service keep on rolling ... slowly but surely.

Had a very bad experience here. The staffs behaviour is very strange, as if they are doing a favour by doing our work. They are not at all helpful and some of them are even rude to the customers. They keep sending you from one counter to another unnecessarily. And the worst part is the lawyers. They always go to the counter directly without even standing in the queue thus disturbing those in the queue.

Worst and rude behavior by the contract as well as permanent staff of the r.t.o office. Takes openly bribe and aks for bribe from customer. Lots of agents , vendors and advocates of their takes the work from customer and charges so much which is fixed there by everyone who sits in their chairs to loot from we general people. Number 1 bribe place from every other department. Top to bottom everyone is currupted.

There is no disciplines of social distancing. Only ten percent people found with face mask.

All vehicle transfers and other Court related works are done such as Driving License, Agreements, RC, etc. But as it is government undertaking so your work may take a bit longer and sometimes link is failed, etc.
