This is a small junction.Gamharia Junction railway station is a railway station on Howrah–Nagpur–Mumbai line under Chakradharpur railway division of South Eastern Railway zone. It is situated at Gamharia, Seraikela Kharsawan district in the Indian state of Jharkhand.Now this time not any luxury facilities available in this station.

I visit this place to receive my brother who is coming from the origin of this train which is Rajendra Nagar terminal to durg Chhattisgarh.Train is south Bihar express.Train number - 13288Its right time on gamharia junction is 7:14am.Gamharia junction is approximately 2.5 to 3 km away from main city road and the road condition from city road to gamharia junction is in very very bad condition nowadays.But the platform condition on which south Bihar express generally stop is in very bad condition and in monsoon season condition of platform was even more bad.From the gamharia junction you only get auto rickshaw as public conveyance, you have to either reserve the rickshaw in 120 rupees for the main city road or Lal building or wait in the rickshaw untill 8 people not filled in the auto rickshaw.
