Maintain the liquor stocks.. the environment is is full and clean... The sitting area also comfort.. air conditioning is quit good..Overall is quite good in toms of expense......

In the drinking area waitress have to serve carefully and she is always in hurry..They serve boiled kabuli chana(chickpeas) as a complementary item with drink...those are not expected by Kwality Restaurants..Its really difficult to eat boiled kabuli chana...Please serve good complimentary item with drinks..

My father used to frequent Kwality for drinks during his time with SBI...Had the opportunity of visiting this place as I came back to Jamshedpur during the lockdown...Nice little place...but a few changes can get you back to do roaring business...1)Do you guys use amul paneer cubes to make paneer chilly...it was the worst paneer chilli i had in my life 2)Just one lady mamaging all the tables??? Hats off to Sunita..She was literally Maa Durga personified...managing things beautifully with her 8 arms...serving drinks, cutlery, carrying snacks..and she was so polite, not being irritated or angry on having to do everything on her own...Please giver her a raise......3)Just one cook to manage the entire hotel...are you guys kidding me.... Please get more involved with the restaurant...Input=Output..Dont forget that.

This is one of the oldest restaurant in Jamshedpur and it is located at prime location of the city. It is old but they have maintained good quality and real taste in the food. They have separate morning south Indian snacks counter and take away food counter. They have home delivery facility available and they also have tie up with major food delivery partners.

Food is good and the restaurant has ample seating. The restaurant is on a prime location and one of the oldest restaurants in jamshedpur. The food service is a bit slow but the food quality and portion size is good, but not extra ordinary. The staff service is adequate.

Just finished my dinner in Kwality with friends and families after a couple of years. Food was too good, ambiance very nice as usual, rates are also ok. But what I was missing was the standard of service. Very poor service and service personals were not at all professional. At least uniform them. I used to come here right from my collage days. I was deeply depressed for this poorly standard maintenance.

Visit 2: what a hyped and waste place. Worst slow service mainly delayed preparations not due to serving staff as such. Managers are only interested in pleasing their regular visitors, to the rest they just ignore.... Bcoz the regular visitors are mostly arrogant and threaten to complain the owner apparently.Coming to the taste and menu variety : there is hardly any variety and they cant even make standard dishes.I ordered paneer tandoor chilli : 8 pc of paneer and around 50-60 onion and capsicum pcs unnecessarily to crowd the plate and show up higher qty.Ordered veg jalfrezi, they took 30min to bring just a mix veg which had no right resemblance with jalfrezi preparation at all.Next day again visited to see if I ordered something unusual, so this time i went with most popular manchow soup and paneer butter masala and believe me both were a Total waste and there was nothing authentic about these.I saw paneer butter masala in flat yellow color with no chilli no cashew gravy for the first time in life with absolutely no taste at all. Total waste.Both the days I ordered cold coffee and they took 20+min to make a waste mixture of milk with coffee powder, both tasted different upside down on two successive days. 70% froth.Dont visit

I have been in some quality restaurant back in Calcutta and it served a very good quality of Indian food,so l bumped into it in jamsedpur.I have ordered a fish starter which they claimed is Vetki but it was Basa. Again, I have ordered mutton biriyani Worth RS.300, by the taste it was not biriyani more like a fried rice.quantitywise,it was only for a person food not twin sharing. The ambience is good.if you are a kind who want to drink alcohol with your family and friends,then it is a good choice.
