I visited here for makeup for my engagement on 16th of July, 2021. I was attended by Ms. Namrata and she was so polite, patient and professional in her attitude. She listened to all my concerns and made sure that I was comfortable with the makeup. The hairstylist lady ( I cant recall her name😶) did a fabulous job with my flat, straight hair. The staff other than the MUA and hairstylist were so attentive and helping. I really felt my money was well spent and I got the look I wanted for my special day. I had gone to SUN SPA GINGER HOTEL BISTUPUR JSR to enquire about my haircut, which was over due for several months. I was quite reluctant, but to my surprise was very happy with safety measures being adopted by them. My temperature was screened, hands sanitized and disposable Apron, towel, shoe cover and other accessories were used to protect me. The persons attending to me were also using face masks and sanitizing again their tools. It was a pleasant experience, which encouraged me to get my grand son’s haircut. Who was also very happy with his haircut

This place has faulty machines. The steam machine ejected hot water all of a sudden and my neck got burnt. Too risky.Could be somebody’s eyes, face or any sensitive part of the body.
