Situated at the top of the Hill, this is a divine place can be seen from train to Tatanagar. A place of belief, hope and trust. Heard lot of real stories and met people whose life has changed after coming here. There is very positive vibe once you reach this place. The temple is not maintained very well due to lack of funds. But people are doing their best to preserve this place.

Good and calm place. Very famous and historic. You have to walk to reach the temple, no bikes or any type of vehicles are allowed. The road is narrow and steep so be careful.

The temple is on the top of a circular mountain which is the reason behind its name Golpahari so be prepared to walk a number of stairs which is tiresome . At the top , there are generally not crowded except on maha sivaratri and savan . There are also rocks which has become a favourite place for photographer lovers . Make sure to carry change with you as you will be asked by many beggars while coming down the stairs.

An age old temple where you have to climb around 140 stairs to reach the top.The railway lines can be seen on one side. Best to go as early as possible in the morning.

Situated at Parsudi location near to Tata Nagar station.Various toys and ladies shops are there.Easy way to reach go to Bistupur take auto shared auto Rs. 12 and after that another shared auto Rs 10.Temple opening time is 5 am and closing time 7 pm.Before going there please carry water bottles, coins, umbrella, flat shoes etc.Thanks.

Gol Pahari Mandir (Temple) is situated in between railway station and Parsudih and well connected with local transport. The temple is located on top of a beautiful hill and one of the most prominent / visited temples of the own for worship, especially for the local residents. One has to climb around 100 plus stairs to reach the temple. Pahari Maa is the reigning deity and devotees from all over the city / country visit the place to worship the divine deity. There is a general belief that by the grace of Gol Pahari Maa, devotes wishes are fulfilled. The temple is peaceful and hence devotees visit the temple to look for some serenity.

Nice and peace place.

Its a series of temples situated at a mountain, a very scenic view is complementary. But I would suggest that anyone visiting there goes in the early hours of the day, 5 or 6 AM as it gets very crowded in peak hours with waiting time more than an hour to reach in the main temple to pray.The road to reach there is very very narrow, not even enough for two cars to pass at some places, so parking a little farther is recommended.

A must place to visit in Jamshedpur with the calmness and sanctity of the Temple of Mata.We need to climb 1000 steps to reach the temple, So it may be tiring for old people and young children. Very crowded on all auspicious days of Hindu Sanatan Calander.

Golpahari temple can be reached through a flight of 100 steps and offers a mesmerising view of the city below. Puja offerings like flowers, fruits etc are available at the base of the hillock isolated place need to be careful.
