They replace your real part with dublicate one. Dont go there to repair laptopBe careful about your display they will change it.They changed my full hd display. If you dont pay attention or if you dont have computer knowledge you will not notice.When I was there complaining about the issue why you didnt show me the footage then.You humiliate me in front of other customers saying I dont know anything about laptop you waste my time and money.

Fraud people. They will try to do everything to scam you. Dont fall for them better try to repair by yourself or someone you trust. Dont give them your laptop to repair.In case you do ask them to repair in front of you or they will change the original parts with duplicate one and say that it is a software issue and charge extra for looking the software. Anyhow you issue wont be fixed instead it will increase. I had the worst experience and I regret everyday for repairing my laptop at DOTCOM. Hope this helps.

Its the worst Laptop repairing shop in whole Jamshedpur. The person who built the Laptop doesnt know what was the problem exactly and they even damage my keyboard as well. Will not recommend this to anyone ever.

Poor after sale support..! just group of some inexperience people trying to fool people. I dont recommend. I told them to add new ssd and ram. They took the wrong ssd that is m.2 instead of nvme knowingly the form factor is different wasted my 2 hours in that silly mistakes and for ram they took the corsair brand instead of crucial which I have told them to install I was lucky that while they were changing I was there only pointed out the mistakes they are doing.

The after sale support is the worst. Before buying the laptop they were too nice and said they would offer help for any problem regarding the laptop. I took my laptop to sort out an issue within one year of its buying.They kept the laptop with them and never replied back.There is a salesman named Ram, whenever we called he avoided us saying it ll b done tomorrow, call me after an hour, i was busy or i was unwell. Lastly, we went to the shop by ourselves after a week of giving the laptop to him. The salesman was sitting in the shop the day he said he was unwell. The issue for which we gave the laptop was never sorted, although he again said that he will lineup the service center people to sort the issue at my home, which never happened.

Worst experience ever!!! They just need money and they won’t listen to you even if you complain.If the product doesn’t work still they will say it will work in 5-10 mins.The customer is only fool over here they don’t know about their product.Never go to this shop for upgrade equipments
