P&M mall is the largest mall in steel city Jamshedpur, situated at a very convenient place its also among the largest mall in eastern India. The place is well cleaned, hygienic and a center of attraction with friends for hang out and time pass😅😅😅( I dont know why). But the place is actually bit costly even for middle class families so its not a good place for shopping clothes but the foods served are nice 👌👌 and some will come in budget..

After Lockdown my experience in this mall was pretty safe and good.They maintain the all sanitation and safety rules between Staff, Visitors and for everyone. Mask and social distancing are compulsory now in the mall.At Stairs, Excalator and Lifts, all the staffs maintain the safety rules for everyone. Continuously they Clean and Sanitized Everything.Even in the food court they time to time sanitized every single chair and table.

A good place for complete shopping and later can enjoy a sit down to refresh and eat. The only drawback is the security personnel - nothing has changed in from one to the other. They feel whoever visits these malls are here to vandalise the place (the small town mentality). 8 and counting.

Giving 4 🌟 because its the only place in the city to hangout. The facilities staff really need to be trained in being helpful and polite. They behave horrible even if you ask, where is the washroom. Need to have more brands and please change the cafeteria vendor.

Mall is a bit crowdy on weekends. Most food courts accept easily available food card(₹30 for the card and recharge as per requirement). Big Bazar,Trends and other clothings brands are available. Cinepolis on 2nd floor make it great for quality time. Thats all.

Customer handling is very good over there. I request all the people to definitely eat in the mall on Cream Bell Ice Cream.

The place is nice, built in good spacious property. They have good parking facility still bikes are parked on road which is a negative point.The brand outlets in the mall were satisfactory considering the Tier-3 city.
