Best housing colony of Jharkhand and Bihar.

Well planned township. Very neat and clean. Good inhabitants. Very spacious rooms and wide roads. Green grounds and well maintained plantation. Very good flats and duplex.

Reliable power backup and water supply. The builder is building a new phase right beside the existing location. Surely one of the most well maintained apartment complexes in Jamshedpur with a good crowd.

It is a very clean place the maintenence is very nice. If the is a problem in the electrical board or the drainage is blocked just go and complain in the office and the worker will come in 10 to 15 minutes. The flats and bungalows are very well designed. It is a very good place to live in.

A beautifully laid out colony, well lit, lots of greenery, well maintained lawns and plants. The only drawback is the approach.... although there has been some improvement. There are flats, duplexes, independent bunglows.

The security system must be enhanced there are lots of security but its not sufficient according to the size of the apartment so there should be a balance between the size and the number of security guards and the quality of service provided by them

Vijaya gardens is a good place . There are many flats and duplex here . Its really like a garden . Neat and clean place.

The environment is very clean and green.Its perfect for evening walks as it is very soothing and refreshing.

Everything thing is OK but poor maintenance. There is no maintenance at all. Owners are doing maintenance at their own. Unnecessary maintenance charges they ate taking. Only after two years plasters are falling, walls are cracking, seepages, leakage during rain are common problems people are facing. Even after complaining there is no action. This the fact owners are facing.

This is a very beautiful place to live, I would say it is the best place in jamshedpur, here all rich people live and here is plenty of space for children to play, for morning walk, swimming pool , table tennis, etc....

I have a 2 storey Duplex and Bungalow here, and I love this place, nicely planned, great facility, view of Dalma Hills can be seen fromy place.
