Very good hotel and attached restaurant. Good quality and spacious rooms along with well behaved staffs. Food quality of this restaurant is very good, also of enough quantity. Parking for vehicles is available and its safe and under roof. Its affordable as per price and their offerings.Only one downside, geyser or hot water facility is not available.

Good ,but rent high compared to other hotel

Hotel is neat and clean and just beside the road. Provide parking place. We reached the hotel at 11 pm in night. The cook was ready to cook anything except from tandoor. We had delicious dinner after a tiring day. Nice experience

Nice hotel but some need to upgrade

Best part of the Hotel is its location. U can walk through main road or the market for 10min. Check-in is hassle free. Staff is polite and listen to ur requests. The room was provided without cleaning and even without changing the bedsheets. It was done when asked to do so. Flush of the toilet was broken. No news channel or movie channel or music channel was available in the TV. Food was AWESOME! They dont support card payment but support paytm. Thats it. Hard a short stay.

Pathatic service. We booked double bed. They gave 2 single beds. Then tv was not working we have to call room service. Then to my surprise the toilet flush was also wrong with no water. Very disappointed. This was 3rd time we checked in in the same hotel. Still so bad service given to us

Outside food was strictly prohibited, however, when I ordered in-house food, the food delivery was so lengthy. Staff was good, but I have booked that room at, so it was quite good at that price.

The taps of Washroom was not working. Two Bed side lights was broken. But air conditioning was working properly and Room service boys are good. Reception’s staff was shown not happy to have customers. Bed, TV was good.

Room No 202, which was first allotted was not maintained. Exhaust in the washroom was out of order. So, we shifted to room no. 203 which caused inconvenience. Room service is very poor. We missed evening Tea. Food was good but expensive. The biggest -ve thing is Digital payment not ACcepted.

My experience was very bad, they delayed in checked in procedure, room was smelling very bad, geyser was not working, shawer tap was broken, room lamps were fused,. Bathroom was very dirty. They didnt provide any bath kit. Like shempoo or soap or lotion. Manager was rude in behaviour. He was strictly saying that i will not allow you in room before 12 pm. And they told me to wait but there was not enough space to seat. I have posted my review in oyo app but they are not showing my review.

The receptionist was rude during check in. Asked for ID proof which was provided along with contact number...but still my wifes contact number was asked and when denied, was not providing room. This was unnecessary. The room and the bathroom was dirty. Water taps were broken and was not working properly. AC was fixed at certain temperature and remote was not available. The experience was horrible.

First they provided a room in which the shower was broken and toilet flush was not working toilet was unhygienic all taps where dirty. Room was totally different as shown in the picture all bed side lamps where broken everything was like broken and dirty. But, in-house restaurant food was ok but the quality was very low as per price I would never visit this property again.

One of the worst hotel to stay. First when reached at reception they didnt allowed me for checkin because of online payment. After paying in cash room provided was so smelly and dirty. Cockroaches were moving in room. Requested to change room but they rejected because of no availability

Food order from zomato was not allowed. As the hotel was running there own restaurant.

Wish services could have been more better...cable was not connected...

Well charge for Non AC room is 800 which is at par with other competitors in the industry. Gives WiFi facility but poor signal strength. Food and hospitality is OK. Power cut problem is frequent. Near to railway station. Missing hanger facility for cloths in non ac room.

Unprofessional not up to the standard to oyo very smelly in hotel

Outside food was not allowed in the hotel but nothing was mentioned about water. Yet the manager objected after he saw us buying water from outside. Again the price of water bottle is also very much higher than the market in the hotel

It was ok,if you just want to manage, if you are expecting more , pls ensure before booking.

Its at the prime location, just near the Tatanagar trailer station on the main road. It is newly renovated and the service is also good.
