Worst experience on 14th Feb 2021. There is no management at all, uatomers have been kept waiting for food for more than an hour after placing order. No body cares of the occasion. Its rediculous just spoiling the brand

Hotel natraj is better than it.They didnt give us the room which we booked.The room key card was not working properly.We had to call that man several times to open the door with master keyAc stopped working late night.I prefer hotel natraj which i self visited one day back.

It was an excellent stay. The staff is so courteous and attentive that it sets really high standards of hospitality even for big 5-star hotels. Great room - maintained well with all amenities. Clean bathtub and a special attention paid to single women travelling where they give you a hygiene and comfort kit as well. The f&b staff is extremely courteous and lovely; they ask you for your experience after each meal served. Housekeeping is as good; they ask if you need anything and respect your privacy in a big way.Overall, the best possible stay in the lovely city of Jamshedpur.

Went to little Italy at rooftop. Ok-ish food, very expensive, not authentic flavours. Asked for their best pizza and they recommend Nawabi Pizza. Really??? They claim authentic flavours of Italy and Nawabi Pizza their best dish???? Disappointed.

Best hotel and excellent service. They take of all your big to small things. They are very professional. The hotel is centrally located which is again the best part of it. We stay in USA and my parents are staying in Jamshedpur. We wanted to give them a surprise party for their 50th wedding anniversary. Center point is one of the most reputed hotel of Jamshedpur and hence we called them from USA to discuss our plans. We spoke to event manager Mr. Sandeep Garai and he was absolute pleasure to talk. He assured us of the best services and we made the reservation. Closer to the date we land in Jamshedpur and went to speak to Sandeep. He was very professional and as promised had arranged for the Orchestra and Decoration folks also so that we could speak to all of them at once since the time was short. Everything was well arranged and Sandeep’s professionalism gave us lot of comfort.On the dat of the event the banquet hall was decorated as promised and was very clean, the arrangements were top notch, the service and food was great and delicious. The staff serving the food were very kind and courtoius overall Sandeep and the staff of Center point made our event run smoothly and memorable. I was there for a commercial event so cant comment on rooms and amenities as the stay was quite short. However, what I liked about the place was the food and service. I tried traditional north Indian food and it was decent. Yhe employees were friendly and courteous. The interior decoration was also up to the mark and the ambience was good if you like a calm place.

The italian cuisine is not authentic...in spaghetti aglio olio they dnt use authentic parmesan cheese... They use the common amul one...and also they put MSG in their food...imagine italian food with MSG...What a waste....NOT GOOD.....Horrendous food

The place has a good name and reputation but the Sunday Buffet was rubbish and the food was cold, despite the fact that they had heaters. I would recommend you not to try the Sunday Buffet. I went with high hopes but came back utterly disappointed. Zodiacs food in general is not the best. If you want quality Italian food in Jamshedpur, I would recommend you to go to Little Italy, on the top floor of the Hotel. Rest, i wouldnt even pay 600 bucks per head and would rather go to Time Out for better and satisfactory food

The entire team of the hotel led by the general ***ager was just excellent and were an epitome of. Must say its a compact but wonderful hotel with hospitality at its best. Very good facilities for conferences and business meets. The location is best in Jamshedpur. Little costly affair in comparison to services.

We have separate Italian restaurant also on terrace where you can spend a lovely evening with your friends.3. Indian restaurant is also very good for taste of food.4. We can plan a birthday party or engagement ceremony here also as service is too good.We can spend 2~3 days easily here.

The dine in experience is good with good ambience and cordial staff. The food is better. To mention the starters are good but not better than Alcor. The main course is fine, with improvement needed in mutton dishes especially the Nihari. Overall the dining experience is cool.

An iconic hotel with great services, and nice rooms with almost all facilities available. Hotel located near the bistupur and also have some other good hotels nearby. But the food arent quite that good as other hotels with same standard. But its a nice hotel to stay and have events or program hosting.

Good place but the lobby is very old and dull compared to other 4 star hotels with lower rates available at jamshedpur. The generator making noise all night was placed in such a position that my foreign colleague was unable to sleep well. The price of Center point was almost same as that of Alcor Hotel but the experience was poor compared to Alcor. Food was good but time taken to serve was very high.

A decent hotel, with courteous staff. Stayed here for 3 nights. The morning complementary breakfast is good and has good variety to suit peoples choice. The rooms are maintained well. Only sad and surprising is the internet speed. It was dead slow. Apart from this they can improve on the hot water part. Anytime you can just find luke warm water in the hot tap. Hope they will work in it. Summary: Just a costly business hotel.

Very Well located hotel at Jamshedpur. The food, drink was superior to anything you get in Europe but the cost was half the price. Introduced a lot of good local cuisine for my colleague. All the staff including the top ***agement were cordial enough to handle any guests query.

If there would have been an option to not give any star, I would have chosen that. I never had such a horrible experience in any hotel. Food was way below quality standard, oil used was bad, no taste, no quantity, too oily. Poor staff management, no options on the menu. Highly recommended if you want to spoil someones day.

Excellent property ***aged by ITC. The rooms were clean. For a quick visit to relatives the same night and a train to catch the next morning all we wanted was a room comfortable for sleping. The staff were sincere, courteous and well ***nered. The team in Zodiac serves you food with smile speed and care.
