Food was good but if you are looking for a good steak, then this is not the place. I had a very bad experience in the welcoming. The guards need to be trained and they were the most unprofessional people one could even expect. The manager of the restaurant was welcoming enough to deal with it well. Hence the better stars.

Well located and nice ambience. Covid 19 protocol being practiced. Well maintained. Ample space for car parking. Food is also good. However, one should not try cheese balls and their in-house ice-cream

I stayed there with family for 2 night, we booked two interconnected rooms on 7 th floor. Problem arises on 2nd day . AC was not working since afternoon, so we informed to reception and emergency service of hotel. The technician fixed it but after an hour the same problem arose again problem fixed by technician, same problem continued upto mid night and at last management raised their hand and lastly they offered two pedestal fan. Height of audacity happened when they shifted us in a single room with an excuse that most of the rooms will be full that day. After this type of service we wont recommend anyone to stay at your place.

Calming vibe and the ambience is lovely for a nice evening.

As you know its really superior for everything. From dates, meetings and gatherings. But it is really about its food too. The way they serve you and their look from inside. Makes you fingers click some pics. At the conclusion really royal kinda place & it is best for dates.

This hotel by the Wyndham group has standard and superior rooms of 300 sq. ft. and suites of 600 sq. ft. There seem to be enough reviews with external photos so I am only uploading photos of the interiors, including the rooms, suites, night view from suite window, washrooms, conference halls and the banquet halls.I have only tried the continental food here, which has lately improved substantially compared to what it used to be earlier. There is sufficient basement parking space for guests and the hotel is centrally located in the city but still surrounded with greenery, including its own lawns.

One of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I am not even exaggerating. The front desk staff is zero information plus, the whole crew is unreliable. They say something and do something else. They are super good in arguing. The manager is no less. I would say, the hotel is running because its Jamshedpur. It was a unpleasant experience. There are many more good hotels with polite staff and better service. Don’t waste and time and money here.

Being permanent customer of Ramada, Stay was really hygienic and very comfortable.Room sanitize in front of me( I have requested for this).Never felt uncomfortable during the stay and I was not afraid of Covid either.Place is properly Hygienic.loved my stay

The place is amazing, staff (specially Shubham from F&B) is great, Ambience and crowd is also pretty good. The buffet spread was not as good as I expected though. Specially their dessert section was really bad and disappointing. The meal was good and tasteful.

Ramada has one of the best pub in jamshedpur. Very good mix of music tracks. You can footloose if you want. Raju is your guy, who takes care of your order and drinks. Very kind and professional.Great place for weekend hangout.

One of the best in business at Jamshedpur. It’s close proximity to upmarket area of Bishtupur makes it more valuable.Through I have not stayed here , had more than few get together in its restaurant. Best part is that no headache of parking your car as it’s care by hotel.Ambience is really beautiful and easily compared to any star hotel in metro cities.
