I had a great experience at this service center. The service engineer clearly explained the issue in the laptop by opening it and pinpointing the root cause. I was also explained about data backup and I copied the data from ssd to my hard drive. I carried my hard disk out with the essential data thereby ensuring safety of my data.

It is by far the best! I’ve been there for a broken screen and my daughters been there for an ‘unfixable’ phone. Both were fixed and quickly too! Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommendI’ve used 802 mobile twice for screen issues. They are super friendly and helpful and were done in less than an hour both times! Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

It was an amazing experience. They said my unit will be repaired within two days and it was repaired within two days only.The staff was also very kind and talks nicely with every customer.

Overall my experience was good. But I did face problems in locating the service centre. The location of this service centre is marked wrongly on the Google maps. The building which is shown in the map housing the service centre is actually a Hyundai showroom. The actual building where the service centre is located is behind the Hyundai showroom which can be reached by entering an alleyway situated beside the showroom building.

Very poor service, they will take lot of times , even a month, the service engineer Shubham Dharma dont know how to repair the product. Please never ever you people visit this service center.it is just waisting a time 😒😒😒

Travelled 300 km for Asus Care and got replied that parts ate not available rt now , have to order and wait for 3-4 days for that , I am new in this city who will responsible for accommodation . Website says Saturday is a working day but its closed. Location is not visible on maps. There is a small opening after union Hyundai which you have to enter to reach the building. the store is on the second floor, signage is not clear. You can ask for Vision Tel to get directions.
