I have purchased 2 DELL AIO PCS worth rupee 90000 from this vendor last year, I am facing huge problem due to faulty product from DELL. I have made numerous calls and mail to service centre to address this issue but still this is not resolved till date. I have also requested for my warranty extension as well but they have also denied for the same, this issue is continuous from last 8 months and my warranty got expired, I dont know to whom to go and from where I can get this thing resolved. I have also mail videos and photographs which I have with me.I strongly advise not to buy any stuff from this Vendor, due to highly arrogant behaviour and unprofessional nature.

I had a great experience at this place.

The people at this store simply manipulate you. They promise various add-on things with laptop before you buy it and once you buy it, they dont give the add-on things. If you are concerned about price and want to save 2k to 3k, go for Amazon or Flipkart. The service of this store is no better than those online platforms. If you are ready to pay 2k to 3k extra for the same model and want a genuine product with excellent service, go for Reliance digital or the company executive store. I bought an HP from Reliance digital two months ago and their service was excellent. Also, it was cheaper than the store price.
