There are agents through which u can fill form and all so be prepared fill form online before visiting. And u will be all caught up nice staff of supporting and guiding peoples.

Very fast service if you have all required document. I apply for.address change from gj25 to GJ10 within 2hrs I completed process. Staff also very helpful. Too many agents there but if u r educated not required agent. Agents are taking 3times charge than original. Just visit RTO and u no need agents.

This people are very busy. I called them last 10 days and they are not pick up my call.

In RTO office, Xerox centers are just looting you at 5/10 RS. of one side. Conjusted exam room. Though number plate system is very good.

RTO jamnagar employees are very careless about their work. Most lazy emplyee & rude behavior with customer. Same day never work. Always giving date to people. Govt. Should take note of this giving date stretagy done by RTO. If people directly go for work, RTO not give properly response. Just telling for online service but they are doing work always offline. Doing intentionally error while generating online request.RTO Jamnagar is cheating with customer by asking wrong charge. Making phool to public. They are taking wrong adventage of your need. I m ordinary people working in private service at gidc. They asked wrong charge to submit & always giving date.Govt. should appoint one officer for intance resolution & taking action against such staff. Very bad experience. I am frustrated with RTO Jamnagar for not doing work intime & rude behavior.

Everything described where to contact but persons are not available when you reach to window.I have online appointment for LL at 4pm and Mr.chavda left the office at 3:45pm without taking my test. After lot of follow-up other staff helped us and finally I gave exam at 4:45pm.For final DL procedure is you have to download form no.4 and smart card application form.Address proof , birthday proof, fee receipt and one photoGo to room no.7 backside for verification entry.Then Go to window no.24 for entry of finger print. Then go to entry in register of window 24 guy. This all things can be done between 11am to 2pm only. Now go to test drive of vehicle and one passed by inspector go to window 24 guy, submit it so it will Courier your smart card to home address.

If we have to pass a passenger base, how and how much of the cost and where will the document be seen. Yes license is three years old. Two wheeler is a four wheeler, as well as a three-wheeler. Also, if the passenger base works out well then how much costs Be there

If people who do not know the process of removing the license, it is certain that it can be robbed here, there are open loot, openly charged. Even though the government is aware of all this, there are more people looting here than working. People who go astray are just ducks, if they find one, it becomes their job. This is the epicenter of rampant corruption. Everyone else knows.-A vigilant citizen
