The front desk lady is uncooperative, does not repond . After making you wait for 20mins will send you to someone else , and that someone else will send you back to her. Its a private bank but employees are working with public sector mindset. Had a very bad experience.
It is the main and most busiest branch of HDFC bank in Jamnagar. Due to heavy traffic usually it is time consuming to visit here. Although there are many skilled staff here to help customers but uneducated visitor may find difficult to deal with the system. Overall nice bank to deal with it. Also few services are best and few need some improvement. If you are privilege customer then you can get best services from the Bank.
In contactless transactions, They are seeking hardcopy of documents for ID proofs. I have id in mobile but there are no facilities to take print from their computers. I had gone to outside and take print fron other shop and submitted in bank. Is it contactless transactions? Bank is not following Covid-19 guidelines. No social distancing, Some employees are not wearing mask, Some are wearing mask below the nose. I havent seen sanitizer either in bank. This is the main branch of Jamnagar and most walk-ins are come there but sad to tell not safe regarding current scenario of covid-19 world. I have contacted banks personal advisor on call for seeking help to avoid go to bank but from them also not getting any response after my call. HDFC is international bank but the way they are handling the bank in Jamnagar make some doubt that is this really a reputed bank. Hopefully they will correct the all things mentioned here.

Visited may I help you desk?Very poor staff and service.I have to visit 3 times for submitting just one form with all required documents I have from 1st visit almost 5 km away from my house.Time wasted (1week in this process).Server down. Did not provide any kind of token every visit I have to wait.Answer from them is only can you come later.
