Dont buy their sub-standard products. Thry go faulty after 1 month of use and the company doesnt send any service person to get it repaired. They also claim 10 year warranty but never delivers any service. Save your money by not buying their products.

I bought lock on 30th Nov and I am still waiting for the fitting to be done by company professional.Very unprofessional behaviour from CRM team no one knows other languages other then Kannada, Tamil.Also they will keep on telling tomorrow for fitting but that never comes.Cheaters they just make huge promises

This is my bad experience with Boss lock, I have been assured for the lock fitting in 24hr,but 72hr has already passed no any response, fade up with Boss lock service, they are cheating with customer ,I am based at Bangalore city than also service is pathetic
