So this happened.We wanted to buy a washing machine. Visited this store. They are nice and follow you everywhere. Thats ok. Noted down the number and followed up almost everyday. Gets annoying if it is everyday.I visited with my dad to finalise the model, the salesperson named Komal was following very rigorously with us. She told us about this scheme at the store where you pay ₹100 (refundable if we do not buy it) to book the price. (She claimed she is giving her the best price). We came home and check the price on Amazon. The model for washing machine is cheaper by ₹700. We confronted her and she said that difference will stay.Today my dad went to get the refund of that ₹100 we paid to block the price because it is not logical to pay anything extra.She threatens my dad that if he returns, she wont offer the same price ever and how we are making a mistake. Started to talk about how she knows my dad well thats the only reason she is offering best price. LIARJust for example to explain my case:Price of machine we like at Amazon ₹200Price at this store ₹240 (labelled on the model)Price this girl named Komal offered us - ₹220 (this is best price according to her)Why would I pay anything extra?When we brought this point with her, she started being rude and threaten us.This is now how you handle customers.I am avid online shopper. All appliances at my home (TV, Fridge, etc) have been bought online before. I will go and buy online again.My dad was very adamant that we want to give business to local stores.if this is how they behave with us, then I will take my business somewhere else.You dont care for a single customer. Fine! Your choice.I didnt wanted to share it in the first place but the girl followed us so much and then the same girl was so rude. Especially to my dad. I had to share it.
