It is a nice complex building, for buiesnesses and some local stuff.on the ground floor you can find iempire- a apple authorised retail store in the corner part it doesnt have parking facility due to heavily crowder area. But all in all it is a good structure and prpvides lots of buiesnesses inside it.

Big Complex having approx g floors with 2 wings and a lot of offices as well as big commercial offices. it is neat and clean complex compare to other ones in Jamnagar. you can find moderate rented offices as well as well furnish offices here easily. also having ample basic facilities.

Untidy place. Commercial area. Lots of business units operating here. Lifts are sometime nit working. The stairs are very dirty, stained and people have the habit if spitting on the stairs after consuming tobacco or any such accidtives dur to which the stairs are very stinky and smell extremely unpleasant. The stairs are not washed. The premises are not cleaned regularly.

Good; improvement required as toilets were dirty and broken. Dustbin available but broken. People spitting around the dustbin.
